So far, a total of 45 troops have been demoted.
Nothing else special, well except there will be no promo day this month.
Im serious about this, people need to start earning their promotions. We will be having some-sort of a promotion day next Saturday, and only certain troops will be able to get promoted.
From now until next Saturday, all troops are to go to IW chat whenever they have free time. We have been raided by GT and I already handpicked 10 people to promote for next week. I can change or will be and who will not be promoted, so make sure to be on IW chat as much as possible and to follow orders.

Well I went to a scheduled event last weekend and not a single owner was on. 😐 The next day I went to an event and Iceyfeet shows up just as everyone is leaving.
If we schedule an event lets have it at the time its scheduled and at least 1 owner on to lead it. If the owners dont show then it seems they dont care and the soldiers will stop caring to.

I know I’m not in Ice Warriors, but come on. What about in real life? People can’t always focus on a computer game and army, and they have school. Some of them might be grounded because of bad grades, some of them might need to study for a huge test, or they need a break from the computer because it’s burning their eyes out. But come on.
