Greetings Ice Warriors!

Today, I would like to talk about a very important topic. About a thing without which you cannot simply rise an army effectively at the present age. Kindly note that this post is a very important post and is a must read post for owners, so don’t miss it.

The thing which I would like to talk about today is – AUTOTYPING, a software without which present age armies simply cannot rise these days. You all must be knowing that all the CP chats have died ages ago, so we’re just left with one source of recruiting, which is autotyping.

To use this method of recruiting effectively, we had established a committee knows as Ice Warriors Recruiting Force, or most commonly known as IWRF. We had established this committee just for the sake of autotyping much more effectively and for the use of this method of recruiting in a much more standard way. It includes a spreadsheet, autotyping lines, tactics for autotyping and many other things. It was mandatory for all the owners to join this committee, as in Ice Warriors, it’s mandatory for owners to recruit regularly. On top of that, even some of the dedicated moderators decided to join it and they actually autotyped regulary. At the start, we thought that everything is going great, as we were even getting results and great sizes over the holiday period. But now, things have gradually started to come on a halt. We’ve noticed that owners aren’t recruiting as per their weekly requirements and we’ve decided to address this issue seriously.

Even now, many of the IWRF members don’t fill in the spreadsheet, which is the most important part of autotyping. If you won’t fill in the spreadsheet, what would the leaders think? Only one thought would come into their mind, that is, these people aren’t autotyping. As simple as that. Now we don’t know whether you’re actually autotyping or not, when you haven’t filled in the spreadsheet. We don’t know whether that entry on the spreadsheet is a pure lie or not. But now, the leaders have decided to solve this issue. We would be making sure that the entries aren’t false. If you think that you would be filling up false entries and you would get away with that, you’re absolutely wrong now. But that would only happen if you would actually fill in the spreadsheet.

After that we realised that not all the owners have been autoyping as per their requirements, we’ve decided to take some serious measures about it. We’ve decided to increase the “per week” requirements or all the IWRF members. If we find that they don’t manage to fulfill these requirements, they’ll be straight away demoted. And the leaders seriously mean it this time. You can actually lose that shiny gold pawn if you don’t fulfill the requirements. You need to fill in the spreadsheet EVERY TIME you start autotyping, and do not fill in the log out time before you end your autotyping session. You just have to leave that column blank, while you’re autotyping. The entries need to be absolutely correct. By entries we mean the server name, penguin name etc. Each and every thing should be absolutely accurate, otherwise that entry may result into not getting counted for that session. You may find the revised weekly requirements in the IWRF site by saturday.

Another thing I would like to mention here is all these things don’t just apply to the owners. They also apply to those moderators who are the members of the IWRF. I would like to encourage all the moderators to join this committee. If you ask me what is the quickest way to earn a promotion – joining this committee surely is. If you join this committee, you have the highest chance to earn a promotion than all of the rest moderators, even though they might belong to a higher rank than you. If you want to rise up the ranks and earn the owner rank, this is the quickest and simplest way to earn it. The requirements for moderators won’t be that high. But, once they join IWRF, they will have to make sure that they are dedicated enough towards rising this army and they fulfill their requirements. They won’t be demoted if they fail to fulfill their requirements, but if they do fulfill it, they will have the highest chance to earn a promotion on the promotion day/promotional event. We are actually looking for highly determined troops like you guys. So, we encourage you not to miss this opportunity and make sure to join IWRF.
