This post is an active count, where we check to see who in the army is active (this includes attending events, checking the site, coming on chat etc.). We need EVERYBODY who is active in Ice Warriors to comment on this post or you will be REMOVED from ranks.

Lately we have been having some rank issues and with this active count hopefully we can fix most of the problems. Recently there has been a decline in daily recruiting from both the owners and the moderators. This is unacceptable and will not be tolerated any longer. Just 2 weeks ago everyone was doing their job just perfectly: recruiting, welcoming troops and attending as much events as they possibly could. For the past week we have been slacking in every way possible: missing events, not even recruiting for an hour on cp, ignoring new recruits and breaking constant rules.
Let me be clear to both moderators and owners – if you are caught breaking a rule you will be instantly fired and banned. It is your job to enforce the chat and make sure everything is going perfectly fine. We will NOT have immature owners and moderators. You should be recruiting whenever ordered by a higher rank.
Let me also make another rule clear for everyone – if you are caught arguing to a higher rank you will be demoted to the lowest possible rank and possibly banned for 24 hours. You should be listening to the people above you, not disrespecting or disobeying orders. We have a rank page for a reason…follow the chain of command.
There is a saying that goes “Learn to obey before you command” each and every single of you should be following this quote until you are crowned Leader.
Before you comment with the active count form you must remember that I and the rest of the Leaders are here to do a job. We are here to lead this army to victory no matter the cost. People will be demoted, promoted, fired and banned. It is your job to choose if you wish to stay and continue to support this army or join another. Regardless of your decision the Ice Warriors will be successful.

Just remember that the Leaders are doing everything in our power to lead this army to great heights once again, and sadly we can’t keep everyone happy. Why shouldn’t you be demoted? Because i’m one of the few late night mods who deal with recruits at night while most people sleep and i also moderate chat at night and i am also Australian so i attend most ausia events

Why should you be promoted? I am active I led ausia division to better number and i recruit.
Why shouldn’t you be demoted? i cant say anything here. I am active, recruiting and leading events. But, if leaders think i should be demoted. Its ok 🙂

Why should you be promoted? I don’t think I relaly need a promotion right now, I just want my rank fixed on the page 🙂 But, promotions don’t hurt 😉 lol
Why shouldn’t you be demoted? I shouldn’t be demoted because I am very active on chat, I welcome recruits, I recruit, I come to every event I can. I try to be the peacekeeper on chat, and if I can’t I know an owner will help. I don’t want to be demoted, but if the owners think that I should be, then it’s up to you guys. Otherwise, I feel like I am doing my job 🙂

How many hours do you recruit a day: It depends some days if I have a lot of homework I don’t recruit because my recruiting computer is my school laptop where I do my homework. Since it’s been vacation for me for the past two weeks I’ve been recruiting a lot. and average of ~5 hours a day.
Why should you be promoted?
I recruit a lot. When my vacation is over in weekdays I recruit an average of 2 hours and on weekends once again 5 hours. I also recruit using VirtualBox and a lot of people don’t do that. I come to every single UK event and even some US events late ate night. All of them since I’m on vacation at the moment.
Why shouldn’t you be demoted? I am very active and recruit a lot like I said before. I know sometimes I break the rules or act immature but I can change that. During the day I am calm and enforce the rules really well but at night I get kinda hyperactive.. ADHD…

Promoting cause: I attend mostly all the Ausia battles. I welcome new recruits and give some recruits training. I am active everyday unless there is like a trip or examination (mostly)
Why should you not get demoted? : I recruit everyday and I have been a temp mod 3 times. I help the new recruits and try my best to solve problems and end fights. I am strict to the rules and try my best to avoid them. Anyway I like being the same here!

Recruiting Hours: I usually recruit/autotype for about 3-5 hours a day, and I sleep-recruit most nights.
Why should I be promoted: I’m not gonna go into reasoning with this one. I’m 3ic and I kind of doubt I’ll be promoted anyway (because there’s only 2-3 2ic spots). Although it would be a nice surprise to get promoted, I’m quite happy with my rank at the moment~ 🙂
Why I shouldn’t be demoted: Well, I’m active and nice to other troops, coming to every AUSIA Event (and USA events on weekends) and recruit quite a lot. I really like welcoming new troops and bringing them into our community and helping other. I understand though if I get demoted to 4ic.
P.S. I am going on a Music Camp thing from May 1 to May 5 (April 30 to May 4 in USA), so…I’ll be on a short temp-leave then. Just so you guys know. :T

How many hours do you recruit a day: I sometimes recruit during school and sleep recruit. So about 6 – 8 hours.
Why should you be promoted? Well, I’m 3ic and the 2ic ranks are full. I doubt I will be promoted but I hope to keep my 3ic rank.
Why shouldn’t you be demoted? Well, I attend all UK events. I don’t think I ever missed a UK event. I come to chat almost everyday. I help lead UK events such as shout out tactics and orders etc. I also welcome new recruits and I help out the leaders as much as I can.

How many hours do you recruit a day?: Usually from Morning to Night, if I can’t get that done, usually about 3-4 hours.
Why should I be promoted?: Actually, I should have been promoted twice now, but, I still haven’t. I attended all battle so far, and those promotions ones.
Why shouldn’t I be demoted?: Coz I’ve been doing everything I can to fit in to Ice Warriors! 😀 ❤

7-8 hours during UK time. I will sleep recruit and recruit during school (while out so laptop would be unused)
Why should you be promoted?
I am always on chat everyday and attend all UK events, even making some US. I have also huge major army experience such as SWAT Leader and Dark Warriors 2ic. I would increase our size and bring new recruiting techniques which I learnt during my experience. I’m also one of the most active troops and want to rise IW top weekly 1st spots. IW is my new home which I will do the best I can to make sure it carries on. I feel like promoting me would get the best use out of me as I can change things for the better which I can not do now.
Why shouldn’t you be demoted?
I always keep peace on chat: This may include breaking fights, arguments or people breaking the rules. I am also very very active and help everyone I can on chat. I like to keep troops happy and I connect with them. Demoting me would be a mistake. I do my job as professionally and to the best of my ability. I am also very active and feel like I am doing my job correctly.

How many hours do you recruit a day:about half but I plan on doing 45 minutes a day.
Why should you be promoted? I take IW vary seriously, I go to as many events as i can and i encourage IW i know in person to go to events. also i’m on chat everyday and i check the IW website everyday and i try to keep the peace in the chat room as best as can even though im not owner,leader, or mod.
Why shouldn’t you be demoted? Same reasons as why should i be promoted.

How many hours do you recruit a day: I have been away for a week but usually i would aim for 3hrs a day
Why should you be promoted?: I try to attend every battle and aim to recruit in real life and on cp. i am very serious about IW and i welcome most new troops. i don’t need a promotion though. as long as i’m in IW i’l be fine 🙂
Why shouldn’t you be demoted?: I dedicate most of my life to IW, and most of the reasons are the same as the reasons for the “why should i be premoted” question. yet again, as long as i’m in IW i’ll be happy. i can be demoted all the way back to the start but as long as i’m in IW i’m happy 🙂

How many hours do you recruit a day: Typically about an hour, sometimes an hour and a half. When I’m bored and have nothing to do, nothing much is going on, I recruit, and during that time it usually goes up to two hours of recruiting. Most of the time an hour a day, though.
Why should I be promoted?: I think I should be promoted because I attend battles, and I am active on chat at least an hour before battles, most of the time two hours before battles. I stay up for battles, and devote my time to the Ice Warriors. I am also loyal to the Ice Warriors as this is the only army I am a part of. I also welcome new recruits to chat. I recruit, as I said in answer number three. My one goal is to make it to at least a mod before I retire from old age, xD
These are some reasons I do not want to be demoted.
Why shouldn’t I be demoted?: I don’t think I should be demoted, because I am a loyal Ice Warrior and I am not a part of any other army’s. I also recruit, and I don’t start fights on chat.

How many hours do you recruit a day: I can recruit for 2-5 hours daily. At weekends, I can recruit 4-5+ hours as long as I can.
Why should you be promoted? I think that I should be promoted, because I have attend the IW event many times and I’m being very active on IW a lot. I recruit on cp a lot and i be tried my hardest best to be a good moderator.
Why shouldn’t you be demoted? I shouldn’t get demoted. Because I have stayed on IW and I never retire or leave IW. I want to keep 100% loyalty to IW and I want to remain in IW forever.

How many hours do you recruit a day: About 2-5 hours each day
Why should you be promoted? I mostly go on the chat and the battles but sometimes homework can be a STRESS but at least I mostly attend the battles. I might miss a couple of battles but I will try to attend each battle.
Why shouldn’t you be demoted?
I shouldn’t get demoted because I am about 98% loyal because like I said, homework can be a stress. I said I will try to attend every battle but like I sometimes miss battles. At least I attend most battles so that means I do not deserve to be demoted.

Why should you be promoted? I go on chat as much as I can but I can’t seem to make Auisa battles. I can only go on weekends so on on weekends I make battles count.

How many hours a day do you recruit? I can recruit up to an hour a day and I scout up to an hour I don’t have that much time though i’m sorry
Why should we promote you? I honestly don’t think I need to be promoted I am happy with my current rank :), but I want you to know I will remain loyal and active.
Why shouldn’t you be demoted: I do not think I should be demoted because I come to all the battle I can everyday, I am constantly checking chat. I have never been a part of any other army but IW.

Daily Recruitment Hours: About 1 and a half hours (school can be an issue for recruitment)
Why should you be promoted: I almost always attend the 8:00 EST battles and use chat to follow orders. I also attend the 2:30 EST battles, but only on weekends and days off from school.
Why shouldn’t you be demoted: Like I have previously stated, I attend nearly every battle at 8:00 EST, am faithful to the chat messages, and try to make it whenever I have time.

Why should you be promoted? I am a early bird and homeschooled, so I am basically both uk and usa as I am online for about 10 hours every day except for Monday and Tuesday. I recruit, I alert troops of battles, I try to keep the peace on chat and deal with rule breakers fairly, but I can go strict at times. Not to mention that I do a lot of other work in IW, such as maintaining recruiting accounts.
Why shouldn’t you be demoted? I do my job, i attend all the battles and I try to help IW the best I can. All I want is a new place to call home.

I feel I should be promoted because I don’t think I have ever come across another female member of this army so I feel I can make a difference and really get in-between the lines of other armies, find their weak spots and CRUSH ‘EM!
