Q&A: Winter Hall of Fame Inductions

Why hello there Ice Warriors,

As many of you know, on Friday 7th, the community held the recent Winter Hall Of Fame Inductions. If you have never heard of it before, let me explain. The HoF Inductions is an event that is held twice every year. It is a time to acknowledge those who have put tremendous effort into the Ice Warriors to make the community better, as well as helping to make it grow larger and stronger. Many well-known individuals such as our past leaders and members of our HCOM/Staff that have shown remarkable dedication to this army have been previously recognized as part of the HoF, and they all deserve the recognition and praise they are getting.

For today’s Q&A, we will be asking all the recent Hall of Famers about how they felt about getting inducted. Did they feel excited? Or did they see it coming? Let’s find out…

How did you feel when you received the HoF reward? Were you surprised? Or did you expect it?

IW CHAMPIONS

Levelz: I was pretty surprised honestly, especially since I got promoted to LiT at the end of November it’s been a little over a month so getting on the Hall of Fame already was crazy for me and it falling on my birthday was just like a really nice birthday gift :3

Kristina: i was really happy to see that i’d got it, and honestly i was pretty surprised! it was a really nice surprise though and even more nice as i got it alongside the lit team who r amazing

Freedomist: Ever since joining IW I wished to be on the hall of fame and it’d be an understatement to say that by this point I was just hoping for this award LOL. I was ecstatic when I got the award and I could feel my heart beating out of my chest. I’m proud to be able to be on a list with so many IW greats and I’m proud to be able to be a part of the Ice Warriors too.

Crisy: I was honestly shook when I got it even though I had a feeling I might get it. When Icey pinged my name I was like “wait is this real?”. It’s been one of my goals in Ice Warriors and receiving it felt surreal. I’m just overall very happy! :iw_scribble_heart:

IceQueen: I felt extremely happy as it symbolises the hard work, dedication and love we’ve put into the Ice Warriors :IWinfiniteDab: . To be honest, I was in two minds whether or not I did enough to earn the title but as soon as Icey started describing what we did to earn it I knew DrQueen and I made it! #IconicSisters :IceQcrown:

DrQueen: Ngl I was a bit expecting that me and IceQueen would get IW Icon together , however it doesnt really hit until the man him, Iceyfeet1234 announces the award to us and your like woah its happening now so I was really happy that Icey rewarded me with this award due to all my hard work in Warriors of the Ice :iwsalute:

IW LEGENDS

Madhav: I had just woken up to many many dms and snap from Icey feet to get on so I was indeed a little worried but it was all positive. I was surprised but it felt good to be honoured like that.

Erick: Kinda surprised ngl, though I wasn’t surprised that Madhav got it and I was sure Flamez would get Mythic.

What do you guys think? I believe that all the inductees in this Q&A deserve their recognition for what they’ve contributed to this community. As Iceyfeet1234 said, “Each play a huge role in different areas in the Ice Warriors, from our news center to all of our game division and to our CP events.”
