IWNH: The End Of A Great Year

Happy New Year from everyone at the Ice Warriors!

What a year we’ve had in the Ice Warriors. We won the Legends Cup for a third year, reached the final of a highly contested Champions Cup, won the Conquest Games and hit amazing sizes and were consistently one of the best armies in the army community this year – reaching third on the overall top ten of the year. There’s been very few poor moments of 2014 for the Ice Warriors, with most of the year hitting amazing highs.

It was a #HATTRICK_YEAR for the army – maxing 50+ in the final against the Nachos.

Along the way we hit sizes exceeding 60+ and beat the Night Warriors, Army of CP and Doritos along the way, all huge armies, to reach the final. It was the best moment of my army career to win the Legends Cup V – a trophy that I have been looking to win throughout all of my leaderships and in the Ice Warriors we did it together, as a team. We deserved the victory.

While we may not have won the Champions Cup, we were fantastic on the road to the final and hit amazing sizes – similar to those in the Legends Cup – to reach the final. We met the Dark Warriors, a huge and at times unstoppable army and came so close to beating them. Of course, I would have liked to have ended my leadership with victory, but we maxed 60-65 and I couldnt have asked for much more.

We didn’t do well in the Christmas Chaos, a tournament we normally do well in, but the army was in a state of transition from Tes and my leadership and Gtu and Albc were, at the time, preoccupied with other things and, for example, in Gtu’s case, he had problems with his laptop. They are now showing how great leaders they are and are slowly improving the Ice Warriors to high standards yet again. We reached the top three once more in the last week and the army is consistently hitting sizes that are expected and demanded – sometimes those expectations are exceeded magnificently.

The recent event is an example of how well the Ice Warriors are doing on a regular basis.

This year would not have been possible without Ben and Bears as well, both fantastic leaders through 2014 and the owners, such as Tanner, Oregan, Sam, Berbatov, Supa Em, Rishron, Sidie, Vivek, Raven, Lion P, Lootking, Fluffyboy, Kyle, Cody, Sammie, Garrett, Lord Jay, Cody and many, many others. However, most importantly it is the Moderators and Members of the army who have stayed loyal and committed to the army who have made 2014 a memorable one for the Ice Warriors. I would like to thank YOU for the success that we have had.
