Hello Ice Warriors!

Jack here, today I’d like to introduce to you some new additions to the way IW works.

Recently some troops have been slacking before events and this isn’t good enough.

Next Week Target: Top 3.

NOTE: I’m sure there will be several membership giveaways if we accomplish this goal.

Some of these new additions include:

• Temporary moderator rank on chat to troops who exceed in performance throughout the event. For example: Hyping up the event, autotyping and attending the event, trying their best to do the tactics correctly and get the rest of the chat to do the same. Set a good example.
• Demotions to those who fail to exceed their expectations. Moderators are expected to hype before events and autotype.
• From now on it is expected that moderators from all divisions must complete 1 hour of autotyping per day to hold onto their rank. Anymore than 1 hour is optional yet recommended if you want a promotion.
• If you don’t autotype then don’t expect to get a mod rank.
• A system will soon be put in place where members/moderators must fill in how long they will autotype for and where they will be autotyping prior to when they begin! This is to ensure all moderators meet their criteria and members aren’t lying to get promotions here.

As a troop from the long lost ‘old days’ of IW I can personally tell you that our expectations were a lot higher. Please do not disappoint. Good job to all who complete this!
