Dear iw i am writting this because i see that cp armies are falling to the hands of smac and cpac i hope that other armies will be able to read this as well first of all cpac and smac is deciding who won what fights. That should be decided by leaders of the armies in question. Second they tell you to register your army for them so they can keep up with you. Armies should rule them selves and then cpac is taking servers from armies because they have to many next they take away privlages like top 10 from armies who do not do what they want. So i am warning you of the rising force called the cpac and smac armies arent ruled we rule ourselves.
