Training Session 8/8 – Great Work!

A quick sum up of today event, was we started off slow, and finished high. In the first 8-10 minutes we were only getting 12, but as we progressed, dozens of people logged on as we maxed 25-28 on averaged 25. Our tactics need slight work put I say this was a major success, and IW is beginning to rise once again. The IW are back in business and ready for a challenge. Now for the pictures:

Chat Pawns

Hey IW,

Most of you already know what the chat pawns are and what they mean, but for those who don’t here is a description on each chat pawn.

First lets start of with the gold/orange pawn that always appears on the top of the chat.

This pawn means that the person is an owner rank. Owner ranked people are Either 4ics, 3ics, 2ics, 1ics, advisors, or legends like Iceyfeet1234. Owners can overrule any mod, member, guest, or anyone banned. The only people who can overrule owners are main owners. To be a main owner you have to know the chat password.

Next is that white pawn underneath the owner ones.

This pawn means the person is a moderator or mod for short. Mod ranks on IW chat are Lt. Generals, Command Officers, Head Generals, Major Generals, Brigadier Generals, and any retired owners. Certain other people get mod too. Mods can overrule Members, Guests, and anyone who is banned.

Now for those blue pawns on the bottom.

This pawn means this person is a member. Member is basically everybody else.

Time for the last 2 pawns.

These are just new guys coming to the chat. The color of the pawn is green.

These are people who have been banned. If you see a banned member and you are a mod do not unban them without finding out what they did to get banned. Also if you are a mod and you get banned only Owners can unban you.

Well now you know what the pawns are! Here is one last picture before I go!

Recruiting 8/6 – Stupendous

Great Job today Ice Warriors as we really had a stupendous recruiting session, yesterday we focused more on the recruiting, today we branched off with some tactics. Anyway, we maxed right around 25-28 and mostly averaged 22 throughout the event. Our tactics were fine. I’d give them a 6-7/10. Haha, enough blabbering, let the pictures do the talking.
