Ice Warriors of CP

As you know, armies are plagued by those who are too lazy to find their own recruits.  They resort to stealing troops from other armies by bribing them with ranks and treating them kindly for only the purpose of their own gain.  We here at the Ice Warriors do not support that.  We do not want you to go and steal troops from others.  If you do recruit, go to non-army Club Penguin chats or recruit in Club Penguin with some of recruiting phases (we will be posting a list of currently working recruiting phases that you can use soon).

Today I am ashamed to announce that one of our own was recruiting.  Many of you know Nitro as a former owner and a current moderator.  He is no longer going to be allowed on the chatbox after his actions today.

If somebody tries to recruit you, take a screenshot and give the link to an owner.  We will be sure to punish them.
