SUB ZERO, IW Republic- Hello there, I hope you are all doing well my beloved Ice Warriors.  Today I come forward with a topic that many of you find rather hard to understand.   I hope to solve all of your problems by answering this one question.

For some of you this may seem as complicated as aerospace engineering, but we will get through it.  The reason we have ranks is to reward those who are active and loyal to us.  These days we don’t’ seem to have very many of those.  Maybe you are asking, “Why can’t I get promoted to mod?  I’ve been in IW for 6 months!?” or something like, “How did I get demoted?  I went on chat three times this week for like 3 hours!!?”.

If you want to get promoted or keep your rank you need to do a lot of things.

• BE ACTIVE ON CHAT
• ATTEND EVENTS
• COMMENT ON THE SITE
• KEEP YOUR ARMY COUNT TO 1-3 ARMIES
• IW SHOULD BE YOUR PRIORITY ARMY
• DON’T SKIP EVENTS
• RECRUIT!!!!!!

Now I have a question for all of you out there.  Why is this so hard?  Just 30 minutes on a tracker chat and what you’re supposed to do anyway is the ideal soldier.  How do we know you guys don’t recruit?  We got 37 against LS only 2 weeks ago.  Now we are averaging 20 at best, and we’ve had several events with less.  You guys are putting NO effort in this army and that is why we are falling.   I don’t care if you are busy with school or with another army (which if you are loyal, you shouldn’t be).  You can spare 30 minutes to go Ctrl+V a recruiting line to a bunch of people.  If you want IW to rise, it starts with you.
