Ice Warriors of CP

Hello Ice Warriors,  
We had a fairly decent chat size so I decided to do an Unscheduled U-Lead. We had around 26 on chat but only 18 on cp. I understand since its unsched some people might be afk since they arent expecting it. I also understand it is in IW’s anatomy to rise and fall, but I’ve never seen one as drastic as this. In both size and moral we have fell. It went from around 25-35+ on weekdays and “Oh yay event! I can’t wait to come and log on” to around 15-20 and the moral being “Oh god an event, time to play fake afk and watch youtube, bye.” This is the worst time of the year for this behavior and it is unacceptable. there is no place for it here. December is the month where we usually completely own armies and gain hundreds of new soldiers. Here is a picture of what we usually look like in December:
