Hello Ice Warriors,

As we end off 2013 with our final week, we still have much in store for us ahead in 2013. I advise you all to make one of your New Year’s Resolutions to be to benefit IW in any way possible. It is much appreciated and gets you on my good side 😉 . As for the 2nd half of the week, I expect us to start out 2014 on the right foot and continue that throughout the year. With our performance this week I am positive we can hit 40+ atleast once this week, maybe even more then once. I am loving the improvement and effort some of you are putting in to IW.
