Hello Ice Warriors,

After a meeting at 10:30pm EST RPF and IW representatives agreed upon peace. The terms are simple: All servers returned to their original owners, we become allies again, and all invasions are invalid for the next month. One more term is that all future invasions on each other are cancelled but we will have one final battle on Tuxedo. This battle will not decide the winner of the war, and there will be no winner in this war. Each army performed well.

These terms do not include the Nachos, as we didn’t have a Nacho representative there, so this does not mean the RPF and Nachos war is done. I ask that all Ice Warriors stop insulting, mocking, or bullying RPF troops and begin to become friends with them. We hope that from now on the RPF and IW alliance can begin to rebuild back to how it was before. I’m sorry to any RPF troop I or anyone else from IW has offended throughout this war, at the beginning this war was meant to be a clean fun war. However when many disputed battles came up both sides got a bit protective and proud of their armies and would say some things we didn’t mean. From now on RPF and IW are back to being allies.

I am very proud of the sizes and tactics we achieved during the war and I hope we can continue to get these sizes. We should be able to improve even more now that we won’t have 5 hours of events a day. We will go back to our normal one event a day schedule to let you all relax from the many important and close battles we have had recently. Great job to all of the Ice Warriors, and keep working hard. IW is getting stronger and better.

You may also be wondering…. Why did we end the war (*cough* Gordy *cough*) ? There are many reasons we decided to end this war. I won’t list all of them but here are most of them:

• RPF was a close ally of ours
• This war started over misunderstandings and confusion
• Troops are tired of so many events
• We weren’t getting anything from the war
• etc.

I think most of you can agree with these reasons as I know for a fact troops are tired of all the constant events. Your work wasn’t for nothing though, we were able to achieve 3rd and 2nd in the past couple of weeks and have had amazing size.

I also have a few updates for you all.

1. Medals Are Officially Done– Troops lying about how many medals they had resulted in us ending this promotion system. In theory medals work great, but the system just doesn’t work how it is suppose to. From now on we will be using the monthly promotions system. That means once a month you will get a promotion or two. Maybe after we work on the medals system we can bring it back, but the medals system need a lot of work.
2. Ice Warriors Census– Nickle, IW 2ic, had the idea of making an Ice Warriors census. What we hope to achieve from the census is getting to know our troops better. This will help us know how many events we need for each divisions, when we need to plan them, and how our troops think IW is doing. Click here to participate in the census. 
3. New Division System– We decided to get rid of our Polar and Blizzard divisions and use timezones to make divisions. We will have a UK, US, and AUSIA. Comment on the division page to be placed in your division. Click here to go to the divisions page and make a comment.

Lastly, there are a few surveys I have that I want you all to answer. These are kind of like owner/army evaluations and we won’t know who voted on what so vote honestly. The voting scale for the owner evaluations is 1-5, 5 being the best 1 being the worst.
