Behind the Scenes of the “Cold Cabal” Prank.

The idea of a prank all started while we were thinking of ideas for spirit week. We wanted to have a prank day and Nickle and I were going to do a prank for prank day. Then though we realized that if we call it prank day that everyone would know it was a prank, so we decided to kick off spirit week and give people ideas for spirit week prank day we would create a prank. We knew that if we did the prank as us everyone would know that it was a prank, so then we created fake Alb accounts for xat and WP about a week before and brought alb on to get him modded.

Now that we had a person who could be the head of the prank we needed a prank topic and Nickle thought about how recently everyone has been talking about an IW Illuminati. Then we started looking at past events and making things look like they were that way because of this group. The group name cold cabal was created by using the word Cabal (Which means secret political group) and adding something that makes it related to IW, cold.

We then worked on the post and the day of the prank created pictures of a “Cold Cabal Meeting” with help from Oregan. I was Tes7 and Albert. Nickle was Icey and Nickle. Oregan was Gordy and Ruggy. After that we added them into the post and quickly published it and had Oregan run around and talk about the prank.

Immediately though Nickle and I began feeling guilty. We do a lot of those pranks, but this one probably made me feel the most guilty as I was acting as someone else. If anyone PC’d me (except for pingi who i just talked to about the conspiracy not personal stuff and jake just to tell him that I remember him) who wasnt a CPAC worker I did not read your PCs so you can keep your privacy. After feeling guilty nickle and I made a pack to never make a prank this large again or one that would make a CPAC headline. We are sorry to the people outside of the community this wasn’t meant to really affect you, and we are sorry to Blue2 for writing a wonderful explaining the events very well all for it to be wasted. Nickle and I won’t do this again which is why we made this post as a last time kind of thing to show you some of the pictures of while we were making this prank. These pictures are just from today, I sadly didnt think of the idea when we were creating the prank earlier.

Nickle and I made site drafts on an old personal blog of mine. We worked on them for a couple days before transferring them to the Ice Warriors website. It was written on a separate site so people wouldn’t see the post early

We have faked meeting pictures a few times now, all in the same chat. each time we give a topic, then say action and discuss it. Once there is a a few messages i say cut, print screen it and then either add it to the post myself or give it to nickle to add to the post.

After we were done making the pictures and the post was ready i copied and pasted it into a post for the IW site. I then published it and nickle and i went in hiding.
