Hello, Ice Warriors

It has come to my attention that many people, specifically moderators who should know better, are breaking the rules intentionally. In the last week I have seen an increase in cussing and arguing over chat, often when there is no owner online to react to this. It is mainly not our mod ranks, but the retiree mods.

Joe, Alicia, Morde, Motox and Sam. You were all at once a respected rank in IW, so don’t let your respect fade away. Stop cussing continually on chat all of the time. If this continues to occur, there will be consequences but for now you will only be metered temporarily.

For all other mods. Mods, you are the people holding IW up and YOU are the ones who can give our army a bad or good reputation. You are fortunate enough to be a moderator so use it, not abuse it. When members cuss, I see a lot of you not proceeding to react, e.g kick and ban. You must keep our chat safe, and it is your duty to do so when there are no owners. Now, If I see any moderators cussing or breaking the rules, there will be a temporary demotion to member and if it continues, perhaps permanent. Also, if I see active moderators on chat failing to kick/ban people who are blatantly breaking the rules, the consequences will be taken the same as if you were breaking the rules.
