Ice Warriors of CP

Hey IW, Raven here.

I know, I’m not usually the type of person who speaks out like this; and no, this post is NOT trying to make me sound like a tattletale or any of that in any way. I just really want to clear things up. As Albc said in “A Few Words to be Said…”, we’ve been falling in sizes badly in events. However, not only have we been slacking majorly event-wise, a majority of people have been bickering constantly as well. And this is part of the reason why we’re slacking. Let me elaborate.

I find that there are a few reasons to these fights; such as apparent abuse, the Bot (inb4 everybody comes to kill me), drama kings/queens…there are SO many more reasons I could list. These are just the few I could come up with. Come on guys; if we were having a huge discussions about something then I’d be pretty okay, but THESE REASONS?! These things only happen SOMETIMES, yet you guys fight over them CONSTANTLY. It isn’t necessary.

Now, before anybody walks up to me and says, “But RRRRAAAAVVVVEEENNNNN! THE REAL REASON IS RULEBREAKING! THERE’S NO “ARGUING” GOING ON!”  I’m going to say that that is false. Yes, people do break rules. However, although you guys pay attention to people breaking the rules, you don’t do much other than give them a kick warning, or ban them if they break any rules a certain amount of times. That’s because we’re too busy focusing on the little things and not worrying about the more major things that could happen; like somebody breaking the chat rules, or the army dying, or a person retiring.

Every morning when I wake up (and when I get home from school), I grab my laptop and come onto the chat to see troops chatting, joking around, helping others, having fun or doing events. It’s always been a great feeling to me to see that; it’s as if we’re a family. That hasn’t been the case lately though. Nowadays, I log on every day to commonly see a dead chat, people disobeying the rules or a bunch of arguing about the littlest things. Almost every time that’s happened, myself or another owner has had to step in at least once or twice (not always to kick/ban, but to settle everyone down). Come on everyone, we know better. You guys are what make up the Ice Warriors. We’re supposed to be a team and a family. Not a group of bickering cyberbullies.

All in all, we aren’t the army we used to be, and we could do much better than this. You guys are practically turning fun things like the Bot into petty insults. I’m absolutely sick of it; and it makes me so annoyed and sad to see IW in this state. We have been known as the “Fun Army” for quite some time. However, from my current standpoint, it doesn’t seem that way. As much as I hate to say that. 😦

Please…just doing one thing that makes us happy again is fine. One of the only things that myself and some others want on Chat is for these arguments to stop.
