The Wave Has Crashed

Hey Ice Warriors,

Today we had one of our best battles for this month, facing the Water Vikings in a tough semi-final match, being part of the Army Warfare League Tournament. I am proud to say that we have come out victorious today, and that means we’re moving on to the finals of the tournament! We were able to average 25-30+ Ice Warriors, which was enough to beat the WV today.

I thought we did pretty well at attacking and defending against the WV at the Ice Berg. We fought there for most of the time, until bots came to try and ruin the competitive fun. We went back and forth between the Mine and Berg, trying to evade the bots’ wrath ’till the Dock was chosen as the final destination. There we finished off the last few minutes of the battle and won.

I also want to thank WV for giving us a good battle. It wasn’t easy going for the win as many of us expected, and you all fought back hard. Pictures have been posted below and a recorded video will soon be added. Click “Read More” to view more pictures!

Training Session Results 6/21/13

Hey Ice Warriors,

Today we had a pretty good training session in order to prepare for tomorrow’s big battle. It went pretty well and no problems had arisen. We were able to get 20-25 IW on during this event, and tactics were just great. We mostly focused on make formations as well in rooms such as the Town, Forts, and Ice Berg.

Overall, I believe we are ready for tomorrow’s battle. As long as size and tactics stays big for us, we should be able to take the victory! Good job and let’s do well tomorrow. Pictures have been posted below.

Practice Battle VS DW Results

It was a great event again, in which we maxed 25 and averaged 20 throughout the whole entire battle. Sadly, we lost, but only by afew, and we still pulled out a great fight! We nearly circled Plaza, and for an event at 3:30 P.M. est, it was great. Alright, enough talking, here are the pics.

Mass Recruiting

Now that I have fully returned to the Ice Warriors, I will plan my first events as none other than recruiting sessions. But unlike normal recruiting sessions, mass recruiting sessions focus more on recruiting than doing emotes and tactics. Although we will do different emotes and tactics throughout the event, we will mainly be focusing on bringing people to the website. It is important that EVERYONE follows orders on IW chat so that you know what to do and how to bring people here to join. Although I won’t be able to attend all of these events, it is important that everyone still tries their best in our number one goal during a recruiting sessions, which of course is to recruit people. Here is the info:

NOTE: We will determine the server on the day of the event in order to guarantee that we recruit on a 5 bar server.

NOTE2: Originally I was only going to plan 6 recruiting sessions, but I had to increase it to 9 due to tensions in a possible upcoming war.

Mass Recruiting Sessions

Where: To be determined on the day of the event.

When: Sunday June 23rd, Monday June 24th, and Wednesday June 26th

Times:

Session 1:

Eastern: 10:00 A.M.
Central: 9:00 A.M.
Mountain: 8:00 A.M.
Pacific: 7:00 A.M.
UK: 3:00 P.M.

Session 2:

Eastern: 2:00 P.M.
Central: 1:00 P.M.
Mountain: 12:00 P.M.
Pacific: 11:00 A.M.
UK: 7:00 P.M.

Session 3:

Eastern: 7:00 P.M.
Central: 6:00 P.M.
Mountain: 5:00 P.M.
Pacific: 4:00 P.M.
UK: 12:00 A.M. (Europeans do not need to attend session 3)

COMMENT IF YOU CAN/CAN’T COME!

In total there are 9 different recruiting sessions that people can attend. The times are spread throughout the different time zones. Everyone should try to attend at least 3 of the recruiting sessions if possible. Session 2 will be the biggest of the recruiting sessions, and will be the most rewarding for us. Each recruiting session will last around 30 minutes, although some may last up to 45 minutes depending on how well we are recruiting. Remember, the longer we’re on, the more recruits we get, and the more recruits we get, the more prepared we’ll be in the upcoming war.

Recruiting Session 6/19/13 Results

Hey Ice Warriors,

Today we had a fantastic recruiting session as we went on Crystal to let penguins know what a great army we are! With a mass force of 25-30+ Ice Warriors, we were able to circle the Town, and almost the Forts entirely. We eventually maxed a total of 33 IW as a result of some good recruiting that went on earlier. Our tactics were simply great and they made us pop out against the crowds in town.

Overall, we did pretty well. There were some issues with organization but we managed to stay on task. If we keep on with this size, we will be able to win at this Saturday’s battle! It all takes effort and great pride! Pictures have been posted below.
