Training Session Results

Although we had to postpone due to my favorite contest, we finally had our Training Session. Throughout the week we were only able to get around 15-20 at our recruiting sessions, but today we beat those numbers, getting 20+ and at some points 25+. Here are some of the pictures:

I was having some lag issues, so I had to do +/= on CP, which is why the pictures are somewhat digital. Also a few pictures towards the end didnt save properly, so I was only to grab 1 of us starting a tactic, although I do believe a few other people took pictures, which I’ll add to the post later on. Overall we did a great job with the training.

Medals System

No Point in Adding More People. Just get the People already on Site to do it.

The Medals system will (once again) be opening up. We will add a few more people to the website to help work on it, and we will be taking some inactive people off too. Once we know that we have enough people to run the medal system, we will start it up again and make it the source of promotions. Hopefully we can get it up and running before my final battle at the end of June. Anyone who is Command Offier or higher can comment on this post if they want to apply to work on the medals page.

Countdown to my Retirement

I want my last 2 weeks as leader of IW to be EPIC (other than my final battle later on in June though XD). This week we’ll be recruiting to get better sizes and then prepare for my final battle. It’s important that we get people to attend this event that know how to recruit on CP, which is basically just saying “JOIN ICE WARRIORS” for a half hour and changing rooms XD. Here is the info:

When: Saturday, May 26th

Times:

Eastern: 3:00 P.M.

Central: 2:00 P.M.

Mountain: 1:00 P.M.

Pacific: 12:00 P.M.

UK: 8:00 P.M.

Results: PBs with Tacos and Arctic Warriors

On Saturday and Sunday, we had practice battles. One was with the GT Tacos and the other with AW. I gotta say that both events were close and both events came to ends as ties. We had around 15 troops for both practice battles. Of course, we could have had more people to come, but we did okay for both events.

Retiring

As many of you already know, I will be retiring from the Ice Warriors in June. I will be posting my full retirement post when I retire, but I wanted to make a post now so that I wouldn’t catch anyone off guard. But anyways, this is how everything will work out for the next few weeks:

Today – June 3rd: My last 2 weeks in IW.

June 1st/June 2nd: IW 5 Year Anniversary parties.

June 3rd: My Retirement Party:

June 4th – June 24th: Preparation for massive final battle.

June 25th – June 27th: Massive final battle.

June 3rd – September 1st: I’ll be advisor of IW.

September 1st: Last day in IW, although I won’t be on much after June 3rd anyways.

Basically for the schedule, I wanted to have a couple weeks to prepare everyone for my retirement so I didn’t just leave that day I made this post. I also wanted to have a few weeks to prepare for my final battle, filled with training and recruiting sessions, and so that almost everyone is out of school. I’ll be making a new post with more information of what will be happening in June.

Recruiting

Overall, we need to do some more recruiting. I’ll be making another post about this topic this weekend, but I wanted to get this out now so people have something to do between now and the weekend. Whether it’s on CP or by asking random people, everyone needs to chip in and have people join IW. I dont want to release too much info, but like I said, I’ll be making a post this weekend with more information on recruiting and another major topic.
