Hey Ice Warriors! Today we logged on for a UK training event led by Albc and Gtudsd of course and we did pretty good on tactics and we improved in size by a little bit. Unfortunately the pictures from the beginning were lost but we did get pictures closer to the end by Rockstar. Thanks, Rockstar! Let’s get on with it.

After our rough week where we did nothing i had to choose a Troop of the week,

I decided to Bring back TOTW because I felt I was hardly doing anything for the army and I also thought It’d be a good way for the troops to compete with each other.

Time To Press On

Hello,

As you know this is my first post since leaving the army and obviously the army hasn’t been doing well since. But now with the needed change, with Tes being allowed to retired (he was ready to leave and didn’t have the time to lead the army and fulfill his leading abilities in the past week or so) you need to move on and go into the next era of the Ice Warriors. It is not secret that Albc and Gtu were going to take the leadership role, because they are great leaders and they will quickly recover the Ice Warriors to what we have been.

It is time for all the owners, moderators and members who have been taking it easy recently to start getting active. The Ice Warriors need everyone to be active and to contribute to the growth of the army. And the retirees need to do this for a bit as well, to support the army that they surely still cherrish. I will certainly be at the armies side at this time of transition.

The future is bright, and I am confident that you will succeed once again.

Addressing the Past Month

Hey Ice Warriors,

Recently I was kind of forced to retire as it may seem but if you have talked to me at all in the past few weeks I’ve said countless times I wanted to retire but the Dec. 2014 thing was forcing me to stay leader. Since I’m gone I will not be coming back in Dec. because all of the past leaders never got back to me about when we were rejoining, and I’m happily retired…. FINALLY! I wish the best of luck to everyone in IW, I don’t know if I will be joining any other armies or even being on chat oftenly. I am very busy right now sooo yeah.

I wasn’t coup’d, I wasn’t forced to retire, I am finally allowed to retire because obviously forcing someone to not retire makes that person do a crappy job as leader. I love everyone in this army (mostly everyone *wary*) and I don’t hate Icey for not allowing me to retire, and for kind of making it look like a coup when it wasn’t. Trust me I am very happy to be retired.

I might do a retirement post sometime in the week, but not right now.

Due to the inactivity of Tes and the cancellation of almost all events this week, it has come to my attention that it is time for IW to move on. After several people have begged me for the past month, I am finally listening. It is time for IW to have a new leadership. Tes, this isn’t against you, but the army hasn’t had any new posts and barely any events in the past week. If you are too busy to lead then just tell us. When you have the time you can return and either help Albc and Gtu lead, or make a formal retirement if you wish. But as of now it seems to us that you are too busy with real life, and that is absolutely fine.

Although I honestly don’t have the time to lead, I’ll be temporarily aiding the new leadership to structure out the army until Bears returns in December. By then he will take over with the new leaders and help strive us to victory. I hereby announce the two second in commands of the Ice Warriors, Albcoolio and Gtudsd, to step forth as the new Leaders of the Ice Warriors. Together they will repair this army and bring it back on its feet.

I know this post was very short, but I did not have a lot of time to make it, and it’s quite obvious that IW needs to be fixed ASAP.

As of now I will wait to talk to Gtudsd and Albcoolio to settle out the owner ranks. If I’m running this army, then I will have all inactive/lazy owners to be demodded by next week. I understand that our lives can be busy, but if you’re going to be inactive, then you have to tell us ahead of time.

But above all, I look forward helping you guys out once again in the days to come XD.
