Greetings Ice Warriors. Today we logged on to Club Penguin to defend one of our servers Slushy during AUSIA times. This was against the Golden Troops, as we are at war with them. We maxed 17 and averaged 14, with GT maxing slightly higher giving them a victory and claiming Slushy. Well done Ice Warriors for coming and GG to GT! :d

First off to Tes and Kingfunks:
King, I’m sorry you have to deal with this while you’re on vacation. You were doing a perfect job leading the army and I applaud you for that. But the amount of fighting and corruption that has plagued the army after you left has gone too far. You’re an excellent leader, and everyone likes you, so I know you’ll do fine leading this army once I’m gone.
Tes, I know you’re on vacation as well. You’ve been doing a good job leading, but we need to have a talk when you get back. You and King work together as a good team, and I know the two of you will lead IW to victory in the end. Anyways, you’ve told me people have been complaining about you constantly, so we obviously need to find a solution once you return.

Far too many times have I helped IW in bad situations. After all these years as an army, you guys need to face the army world without be bailing you out every time something goes wrong. Obviously the current state of IW is completely disgusting. Constant fighting, corruption, multiple discussions of coups, etc.
For the next 1-2 weeks I’ll be pulling IW out of this mess once and for all. If there is any fighting on my last day then I’ll be sure to ban people without warning. Everyone that is fighting is in the same army. I know people have different views, but the more people fight, the faster the army falls.
Now to get down to business:

To the Owners: Your troops find you corrupt. Whether it took you 1 year or 5 years to get to your rank, you need to realize that you the highest responsibility in the army. You are role models to YOUR troops. You shouldn’t act cocky or power hungry, or else you’ll probably be overthrown by your own troops. If you act like a child and swear around them then you look like a complete fool. Any owner caught swearing OR fighting will be de-ownered until further notice.
To the Mods: You guys also worked hard to achieve your rank. Whether from months of training, recruiting, or experience, you are role models on the chat. Your job is to moderate the chat and make sure everyone is following the rules. A mod rank is the bridge between members and owners. You’re working to achieve the highest status in IW, and you need to show your troops that you’re fit for them. Any moderator caught swearing OR fighting will be de-modded until further notice.
To the Members: This seems to be an odd time to be in IW as a member. You guys are the foundation of the army. You follow orders, attend events, recruit new troops, and climb through the ranks. Eventually you will obtain mod status and embark on your next role in the Ice Warriors. During these past weeks I haven’t seen many members fighting, so keep up the good work.
To the Retirees: As a retiree myself, I know where you guys are coming from. The army is so much different from when we were all in it together. But times have changed, and so have CP armies. The way CP armies work has evolved, and I honestly don’t like it, but there is nothing I can do about it. I understand that you guys shouldn’t have your roles tarnished just because the owners or mods are acting like jerks. But you guys have to remember that they’re in charge of the army now. I know there is a lot of corruption that you witness, but that’s why I’m here to fix it.
Even though I created this army I can’t change it on my own. You guys need to suck it up and stop the fighting. If you hate someone then you need to address WHO you hate and WHY. Keeping it bottled up or starting fights over it is going to get you no where, and that’s a life long lesson.
I’m asking that all troops comment on this post with what THEY think should change about the army. Screaming “___ SHOULD BE FIRED!” or “____ SHOULD BE DEMOTED!” isn’t helpful. You need to tell me WHY you think that.
Hopefully by the time I leave you guys realize that this is one army, and it’s time to start treating other troops in YOUR army as friends instead of enemies.
