After another good performance at the Champions Cup II, we move on to regular army life.  As we all know, our size has been lacking recently.  It is still up to you to fix that.  We are looking to have events that troops find more fun.  Also, be on chat.  A lively chat is a lively army.

After another failure event, which is far too common, the owners now realize that this is a serious issue and we’ve pointed at some of the serious issues and discussed them.  This has been going on for far too long, and it’s not Bears’ fault.  Alb had the same problems.  Now is the time for the owners to take action on improving this historic army.

These are not approved by Bears.  This is what we want.

Participants- Cece, Tes, Alicia, Ben, Nickle, Meta, Honk

In a 6/7 vote, we decided we want to replace the 2ic’s with more active ones.  6 votes yes, 1 vote no

In a 6/7 vote, we decided we would like to sit down with Bears and discuss the ranks and pick who we think are worthy of their rank and who we think are deserving of better ranks.  6 votes yes, 1 vote no.

(Side note: The vote no wants active counts, but no changes to the ranks.)

In a 7/7 vote, we decided that we would like to select a new temporary leader for when Bearsboy10 is inactive for whatever reason he may have. 7 votes yes.

In a 4/7 vote, we decided we want to look into bringing back the medals system. 4 votes yes, 3 votes no.

In a 7/7 vote, we decided we want more fun events to attend.  The events mentioned were as follow; raids, practice battles, U-leads, and game days.  Not to say we won’t have others. 7 votes yes.
