Rules Regarding Chat

Greetings

Recently, we’ve had a lot of troops break rules. We, the Ice Warriors do NOT tolerate such behavior. We are here to enforce rules for new recruits, thus making them stricter.

Mod’s/Member Rule

The moderators are a main part of Ice Warriors as they help moderate the army. It is not a good look to be a moderator breaking rules. We will make it stricter for moderators more than members, as you all know better. If a moderator is to break a rule, they are banned and then unbanned to erase such words. If they continue, those whom break the rules will be membered. If they have the audacity to continue they will be banned for TWO hours. The only exceptional unban is if there is an event around an hour. (Ex. Time is 4:00. There is an event in ONE hour. I unban those whom break rules at 4:20. I am not allowed to ban anyone unless they are not in the army and are trolling/breaking rules after 4:25.)

Clearing up confusion on chat

Hello, Ice warriors.

There has been tons of confusion on chat lately about my retirement, and people are apparently making chats for me and linking them on main and although I appreciate that you guys care about me, linking other chats on Ice warriors chat IS NOT TOLERATED.

I also just wanted to make one thing clear.

After all the stuff that has been going on recently I decided that I will be staying in the Ice warriors and my retirement will be postponed to some later date(I haven’t decided when yet.)

Hey Ice Warriors,

Some of you may know I am planning to retire soon. Well, the date is fixed. I am just in IW for this last month till the legends cup end. I don’t wanna leave IW at the mean time when it needs me. I have been loyal to IW from last 5 years (2010 – 2015) and I don’t wanna break the trust. I don’t want anyone to say that Flen left at the main time. I will be retiring from IW by Aug, 1st, 2015 as my exams start on Sep 1st (10 Chapters per exams, 7 subjects)

I have been loyal to Drew Crew and Icey. I won’t break the trust. YOU all are the future of this army. Don’t give up. If you didn’t get what you wanted today, you will get it tomorrow. Time never stops. Show your loyalty and be an Ice Warrior Forever.

Introduction of a New Second in Command – Apollo

Greetings

Today, being a special day for four troops, leaders have decided that Spikey and I were promoted to Second in Command as Toto and Daisy replaced us in the form of Third in Command. I’d like to congratulate the three of them as I’ve seen them work to the fullest in everything, I think this ownership can really get us far.

My Plans for 2ic

My current plans for Ice Warriors, being a 2ic are extremely simple. I plan to help all recruits by reopening Ice Warriors Training Regiment (Date has been pushed back to September 1st as August is a very complicated month, being Legends Cup and vacations I am taking.) I’d also like to announce that I will be recruiting a LOT extra, three hours before each battle instead of two. I’d also like to announce my time helping situate ranks for the new troops who happen to join, taking some time off of other 2ics and leaders so they can do stuff themselves.

How will I behave as a 2ic?

I plan to help the leaders make decisions on what they shall do to help the army for the best, if they include me in their votes. I also plan to help make IceWarriors xat chat a more moderated chat overall. I will have to ban/zap those who do not listen to the rules or follow them, making the chat a bit more strict.

When will I departure from the Army?

My current plan to departure is on December 27th 2015, as it will end my 5 years of armies. The possibility of stating my 6th year is a slim but has a good chance. If IW is in a bad state after Christmas Chaos or before, I will work as my duties to help restore the lost troops that came earlier in Summer of 2015. If IW is in a bad state or I take the role of leader by then, I will set my leave time to August 1st 2016.
