LT Declaration of war (Why its a fail)

The title may sound like a CPAC post, but I just want to show you guys this fail (And yes I have alb’s permission, dale.)

Either

1. Ioio doesn’t know how to properly use grammar or

2. Ioio just types to fast.

But that doesnt explain why he thinks theres a “31st” in april. I MEAN COME ON IOIO, REALLY.
