STILL ISNT A WAR POST GORDY

Chapter 2

BANG BANG BANG BANG

One by one, Crowds of people are running through the exits, as Im standing there in chest deep pool water, watching as the gun fire gets closer and closer, and I see innocent people falling down one by one.

“GET DOWN” Albert shouts as he shoves my head down into the water. Lucky for me, I can hold my breath for 5 minutes, and i can see in chlorinated water.

Albert, motioning underwater, tells me to swim down and scope out any light troops.

I pull out my pistol. Lets see if this thing can work underwater.

I carefully insert the bullets, carefully so I dont lose any in the water, and I fire the gun twards the Light Troops who are seemingly close underwater.

“GAH!” I hear a light troop shout, as they pull their leg up, and I see the blood dripping from their legs.

It works, but not as I was hoping.

A light troop saw me in the water.

I didnt have enough time to react.

“HES THERE! FIRE!” Shouts one of the Light Troop soldiers, as a sniper rifle is prepared, and the shots go into the water.

Miss.

I realise I need to get out of there before one of those bullets really does go in me.

I Jump up out of the water, splash a huge wave twards the Light Troops distracting them, and then I make a run for it.

Or you could say swim.

I accidentally went the wrong way and when I was running through the water, I feel straight into the deep end.

Dont blame me, its a confusing pool.

Then it strikes me.

No not a bullet, but a person.

It grabs me by the neck and start choking me.

I grab their hand, and look up, flicking my hair so the water doesnt get into my eyes.

Its Ioio.

Light troops leader.

“Catch of the day, Huh Spi?”

“Yeah sir.”

“LET GO OF ME” I shout, struggling to breathe

BANG

I yelp as the bullet goes straight through my torso. Without the bullet proof vest, it hurts even more, and I can feel it even more.

I can feel the bullet roll down my leg.

It ripped through my body.

“Let him die.” Ioio says

“Lay him in the water, sir?” one Light Troop asks

“I dont care.” He says, as he lets go of my neck, and throws me back in the water.

“Alright sir.” The light troop says as he walks over and leaves with Ioio.

I lay there as the water slowly turns from clear to red in a short period of time.

It takes 20 minutes (In my perspective) For help to get there.

That is, Help from an unsuspecting tourist.

“What should we do?” Says the man

“I dont know… Should we call the police?” Says the woman standing right next to him.

Time goes by.

One hour.

Two hours.

Three hours.

Thats when, Finally, Albert comes over, bleeding from his arm and scratched and bruised.

“Aqua…” He says as he reaches over to pick up my motionless body.

“Why did I let this happen to you.” He says, as he carries me to a car.

“Samra…” He says

“AQUA!” She screams as she runs twards me “IS HE ALRIGHT!?”

“Feel his pulse.” Albert says

…

Silence goes amongst them as they feel my pulse.

Then, a tear rolls down Alberts cheek.

“H-hes gone…” Alb says as he drops my body on the road.

“Oh Aqua…” Samra says, as she breaks into tears.

It ended so soon.

I just got Ice Warriors 2ic.

Im dead.

Those Light Troop B*stards got me.

No.

Im not going to let some pricks kill me.

Not today.

On a day that was supposed to be fun.

A day to make new friends.

No.

This isnt happening.

Its a dream.

Just a dream…

“Wait… whats that?” Alb says, as he turns his head to look at my hand.

My hand slowly turns into a fist.

“Aqua?” Samra says, sniffing.

“get me to a damn hospital” I weakly say as I lay on the pavement. ” and get me off this damn ground. its hurting my back.”

“AQUA!!!!” Samra says, as she hugs me

Albert reaches over and picks up my body.

“Cmon Aqua, lets get you to the hospital.”

“oh boy..” I say.

Long story short:

The time im in the hospital, Everyone (And I mean Everyone) visits me. Like literally, everyone. After I recovered, I got back doing what I typically do. The war kept going, and i’ve been completely fine since. That is, Until the Defense of Sub Zero.

Whats going to happen at the defense of Sub Zero?

Four things.

Aqua will lose someone important to him.

The Light Troops will lose something that they never really had.

You are all going to love the chapter.

and…

Aqua will find what truly matters, from what he originally wanted.
