Hello IW, I would like to announce that I love what is going on, I love how we have troops supporting IW! I have made a list and it is about what to do when a new troop comes and how to gain more troops.
Get More Troops:
1. Spread info about IW.
2. Share how much we will make them honorable.
3. Share how much we care about them.
4. Share about how we are a great army.
Welcome Troops:
1. Greet them.
2. Be nice
3. Lead them to site.
4. Lead them to Join.
5. Treat them like you would treat yourself.
6. Spread around we are the best army, we would love if you did that, its shows support.
