Ice Warriors of CP

This post is directed mostly pointed at those certain mods and owners:

First, before diving head first into the post, let’s make sure we understand what these three words above mean. As described I want you all to carefully focus on the definitions:

1. Repulsive-
   • very unpleasant: making somebody feel disgust or very strong dislike
2. Repetitive-
   • repeated in action: full of or involving repetition
3. Reluctance-
   • lack of enthusiasm: unwillingness or lack of enthusiasm

By putting those words together, you get a very unpleasant repeating action that has lack of enthusiasm. Most of you may have not been given a clear picture on what these words have to do with a poorly developed post like this. Effort, not like what you hear in school, but here, it has a different meaning. And I’ve been given a clear message that you all considerably  lack it. This is not supposed to down your spirits, I’m expressing my opinion in what I see. And I have to say, whether its missing events, poor leading, and lack of judgment they all subtract negatively to this army. I want to refresh that “YOU” make up this army and that “YOU” can attend events once in a while. But when “YOU” decide to slack off or create excuses your hurting “YOU” within the ranks of this army. In result this will get “YOU” fired/demoted/banned etc. who will miss you? No one.

I was a Captain, a lower end rank–I worked my way up to temp mod, then to the rank of 4ic and above on to owner even if I did a crappy job of it. That was 2007 then. All we get on this chat is how people complain how long they have been here and how they are not temp/mod all talk of this shall be banned, me and I can think of other owners who are sick of all of “YOU” talking the talking, but not walking the walking. And that will show for it in the ranks. Those who complain, will be demoted, those who don’t possess further initiative will be demoted, those who believe their demotion was bias will be fired on spot.

I’m absolutely disgusted at the lack of everything from this generation of IW, most if not all of you are practically drooling from the mouths and wetting yourself. Next point on my list, I hope you know you have a leader, a leader whom has lead armies before IW and is continually great at what he does. But, that doesn’t mean you can suck up so you can try and better yourself in rank, or ignore him because you miss an old leader. As for leadership, I’m continually disgusted by the lack of leadership by most 4ics-Above. I’ve seen you lead, I’ve seen better, I’m disgusted. You were put into those positions for a purpose, and if you can’t seem to fit that position we’ll have another one assigned instead which will possibly be more active, better, and more creative.

Lastly, I want you all to realize that this is an army, we know your not expendable, but we ask so little of you to attend events. Let’s point out, most of our members are say middle schooled/ elementary schooled. I’m an high school , I have more work than 4x my middle school level and I can find a little time in my day to come on and attend an event, you can attend one just as easily and I’m a retired veteran. The only thing I’m asking from you all is to actively attend, if possible and respect your leader and treat him with the same respect you want to be treated, no BS in between. If you would love to comment on how I’m wrong, I would love questions/comments on that.
