Ice Warriors of CP

On the morning of the 17th of November in 2013 at precisely 10:10 AM EST, we have concluded our owners meeting. We have discussed what we want, and what this army needs. Bearsboy10, you must listen to your owners. We have tried to discuss our concerns with you but so far you failed to listen. We now attempted to get our concerns through this post. You must read and listen to what we have to say. We stated several reasons in which to concerns the army.

We need new and better Second in Commands. Let’s face it, Aqua isn’t suitable for 2ic and he’s childish and a jerk to many people. This attitude will frighten and annoy people. Marabubamara is not active enough to carry out the duties as a 2ic. We have 10 owners in our army. We should be able to get things done but sadly that isn’t the case. Better second in commands should be able to carry out the duties and support the leader with ease. They must be able to be there when the leader isn’t around. When was the last time a second in command lead?

We need better moderators. At this stage, our moderators doesn’t look fit for leading. If we were to leave them alone to lead, many of them would quit or just instantly end the battle. Many would deny, but it’s true. Many of our moderators aren’t even nice to new recruits. Some of our moderators are annoying and abusing people. Unless we get leadership and maturity into them, they don’t seem devoted to pursue this rank that comes with responsibility. If our mods improve, we would better successors for ownership ranks and more productive troops.

Owner ranks and high-moderator ranks deserve to have more input into your decisions. We feel like our government is a dictatorship. You aren’t listening to our concerns, and you only listen to Iceyfeet1234. Input is important when you want to make the right choice. Every leader has the potential to help the army rise. It is their choices that affect the probability. We ask you to consider our inputs and concerns about topics such as the issues that lurks in our army.

Furthermore, we have feel that you have understood our concerns. We declare that you must at least listen to what we have to say before you make a choice. This army will rise if these issues are resolved. Thank you for taking your time to read what we have concerned.
