Ice Warriors of CP

Hey IW, recently there have been a lot of changes within the owner ranks. This is another one:

In a recent meeting all of the owners decided to move the 4ic rank down to a mod rank. Most armies don’t even have a 4ic rank and we don’t think that the 4ic rank is serving the purpose it was made for. The 4ic rank is suppose to be a training rank where you learn how to be an owner, lead events, etc. but right now that hasn’t exactly been working. Hopefully moving the 4ic rank down to mod will help this problem.

The 4ics will be able to earn permanent owner by showing us they are ready. Each month they will also get owner on chat for one week. This will show us how they act as an owner and if they can handle being an owner. The power of the 4ic rank is almost exactly the same expect you don’t get owner right at the beginning. You have to earn it.
