What do you think? [Troop Interview #3]

Hello Ice Warriors,

As most of you know, Ice Warriors creator, Iceyfeet1234 and former leader, Albert417 returned to the Ice Warriors, in order to restore the army from its fall. On the return, Iceyfeet made a very inspirational post to get the troops motivated.

Although, on the return, many troops had mixed feelings about this, which is why I interviewed Bluex75 of the Ice Warriors, just to get a brief  insight on his feelings.

Q – How do you feel about the return of Iceyfeet and Albert?

A – Well, I am confident that they could help IW rise for a while and hopefully get back to the Top 5 (or top 3) within a few weeks.

Q – Do you think Iceyfeet and Albert will get us into the top 3?

A – Yes, however, if we all want to get back into the top 3, we all have to do our part, and hopefully get 1st again.

Q – What advice can you give to other troops to insure us a position in the Top 3?

A – Not much, all I can say is, recruit as much as we can, not just in CP or xat, there could be other methods, such as, advertising (or promoting) the chat with a banner, that might be a good method.

Q – Why do you think Ice Warriors took such a fall?

A – There could be various reason, but on of them is the lack of active troops, in the ranks, almost half of the troops in there are inactive, especially the privates.

Q – So, would you suggest, refreshing the ranks, or maybe an active count?

A – None, either way there will still be inactive troops, it’s just how these armies work, or simply take any inactive troops off the ranks after 2 weeks, if they don’t show up to an event that is.

Confident words from Bluex75, also seeming very confident in Iceyfeet and Albert. But, also stating its not all on them, like he explained, you, the troops must do your part if you want this army to rise through the Top Ten.

Thanks for reading,

-Jo8903, former 3rd in Command.
