New Series [Untold Stories of the IW] Incase the title sounds familiar, I modelled the title based on a show called Untold Stories of the E.R.

Chapter 1: First Day First Horror

If you thought that breaking your leg or breaking up with your needy girlfriend or boyfriend was bad, well, compare that to your army base being raided on your first day there and losing your friends to the enemy at the same time. Please, if you thought you had problems, wait to you hear mine. Settle down children, I got a story to tell.

Running towards the bus, I knew I was late. My new commander, Tes, will not be pleased. I tripped on a rock as I approched the bus. All of the contents in my man-purse fell out.

“Oh my god, are you alright?” said a voice nearby.

“Yes I’m fine.” I replied back. The figure showed up and helped pick up my belongings.

“Oh, I forgot to introduce myself! I am Christopher! Are you new here?” she asked.

“Yes I am! This is my first day in The Ice Warriors! Well, if I ever get there, that is.” I responded back nervously.

“Don’t worry, this always happen to first-timers!” she said as she picked up my badge. I ran towards the bus and wished I hadn’t. I had confronted my long time enemy, Shadow. He was that sinister, annoying, and obnoxious type of person.

“Well well well, look who’s here. It’s Tickle my Pickle!” he scoffed.

“Shut up, afraid of your shadow again?” I grunted. He ignored me as he boarded the bus. Out of all armies he could’ve joined, he chose this one. My life just keeps getting worse and worse. I finally boarded the bus and showed my badge. Once I payed my fares, I chose the seat closest to the emergency exit. Immediately, I was confronted by a giant sumo wrestler who looked out of place.

“Hey boy, this is my seat! Go find another one or I’ll sit on you!” he annoyingly yelled. I did not want to experience what it’s like to be squashed by a sumo wrestler, and moved on to the back. As I neared the seat I wanted to sit in, the bus started moving and I slid all the way down to the front. As I passed the seats, everyone was laughing at me.

As I crash into the front, the bus makes a full stop. I immediately feel searing pain across my legs. I knew that something was broken. I slowly climbed back up and walked to the nearest seat that was empty.  As I finally settle down, the bus began to shake.

“Hey, what’s going on?” said a nearby passenger.

“Why are we getting on the wrong lane?” screamed another. Everyone immediately realized that this was a hijacked bus!

“Shut up you wimpy Ice Warriors!” said the hijacker.

“Hey, you’re that ACP terrorist! Sercan!” shouted Shadow.

“And you’re that stupid penguin! Hey kid, be quiet, I’m trying to crash you all if it wasn’t clear!” he scoffed back. I don’t like this guy’s attitude. Everyone on the bus knew we had to stop him. Seconds from now, we might be in a ditch, but then, Christopher jumped at Sercan and knocked him right out.

“Oh my god, the hijacker is grabbing his gun!” I screamed as he slowly reaches for his pocket. I knew I had to act fast or she would die. I quickly grabbed the sharp end of my badge and jabbed his eyes out. As Sercan screamed in pain, the bus took a sharp turn into the highway. Everyone screamed as the bus wobbled back and forth between the lanes. The deafening noise of the cars beeping their horns were not helping. I grabbed the wheel and got the bus back in control. As Chris handcuffs the injured hijacker, the IW base is in sight.

I grabbed the speaker and said, “Passangers, we are arriving at our destination in one piece.” Everyone cheered as I steered the bus into the parking lot. We weren’t out of the woods just yet, because the hijacker apparently called back-up. The bus was being attacked by a mysterious object that keeps puncturing the wall.

“Ha ha,” laughed Sercan, who looks creepy with severed eyes, “you’ll never survive ACP’s finest spear-thrusters!” We realized that we are in trouble. ACP’s spear-thrusters are unmatched in the army community. If we don’t find a way to kill them, we are all dead! I was so annoyed at Sercan so much that I just grabbed my pocket knife, made a laceration in his chest, and pulled his heart out.

“Hey spear-heads! Eat heart!” I screamed with confidence as I throw the heart out the window. Immediately, the spear-thrusters went after the heart, knowing that it was their deceased leader’s. As the spear-thruster catch the heart, it explodes. Smoke began to fill the parking lot and everyone was coughing violently. When the scene cleared, it was a grotesque sight; the parking lot was covered in blood and guts and the faces of the spear-thrusters were blown off.

“Great job Nickle!” said Shadow. Shadow actually congratulated me? What kind of world are we living in! I finally opened the door and everyone rushed out, fearing the bus will be assaulted again. The only question is this, why was ACP targetting IW? As I walked into the main entrance, the ceiling collapses in the lobby. A man in a hard hat comes out with a megaphone and begins to speak.

“Hey, sorry about that, been trying to save the roof, but I guess it gave up. Please take the alternative entrance, thanks!” he said with false sympathy. I wasn’t sure if I will ever see the inside of the head quarters. Distressed, I walked to the side entrance. What I saw will forever traumatize me.
