Ice Warriors of CP

Hey Ice Warriors,

Since there were a lot of posts yesterday I decided to wait for today to do the IW Improvement post, a weekly post identifying the things we need to do to improve. This week has certainly been a great one for us, considering the past two weeks, as we maxed 35 at a UK event and 35 at a USA event, including multiple other events and a weekend one to come! Today I’m going to be talking about our Tactics and how we can improve this section of the army and this will help us win wars, tournaments and achieve a higher top ten spot. There are several things that we need to do to improve our tactics, that are found in the following Contents List:

2. What can you do to make sure we perform 100% tactic rates?
3. Helping on Chat

1. The “Dangerous Tactics”

There are several tactics that can go wrong if you aren’t careful. Here are a list of tactics that will go badly if you don’t fully focus and what can be done to stop it:

The E+H tactic can turn into a “Hello” if you fail to press the E button and then this can make our tactic look very bad. To stop this you should use the emote list to click the Heart and then you will never say Hello. Alternatively, you could make ever so sure that you press the E before H.

 The E+N tactic is the worst of them all and you need to make sure you don’t say “No” instead of the night emote. For this tactic, it isn’t on the emote list, so you need to make sure that you press E before N and you have to be very careful as this is the only way around this problem!

The E+1 tactic is the third of my list and this can change into a exclamation mark. This is a similar situation to the heart tactic and there are two ways to solving it; you need to either use the emote list whenever we do this tactic, or be very careful and press E before you press 1 to make sure you do it right.

Other tactics include the E+B and E+O tactics, but both have the same solutions and, following this tutorial to dangerous tactics, I expect that all of these will be perfect from now on!

2. What can you do to contribute to 100% tactic rates?

On CP, you need to make sure you hold tactics for around 20 seconds as this makes sure that everyone does the tactic and we have time to take a perfect picture. You may be ordered to hold it for a different amount of time but if you aren’t told at all then hold it for about 20 seconds. This is one of many things that you can do to contribute to amazing tactics.

3. Helping on Chat

You can help out on chat by repeating tactics that the owners order. For example, as seen above, you can say whatever the tactic is after the 3 (If it was E+K you could say EK EK EK EK NOW!). Don’t overspam the chat but it does help if a lot of people do this during events. However, do not lead unless you are told to by an owner and make sure that you dont disrupt the event by having side-talk as this can distract others.
