What we were getting before my leave

Hi Ice Warriors, 

As you may already be aware I am back from my two week holiday and will be looking to restore the army to what we were getting before I left. As Iceyfeet stated, I should not have had to deal with the army at all while I was away – let alone post event reminders, ultimatums to owners and remind people of events on chat. Arguments and conflict are expected at a low level in all armies, but not to the scale that occurred during my absence. Anyone causing problems will be punished from now on.

The owners are also to blame for the fall to 8th and the state of the army. Only two owners impressed me (Sam and Berbatov), while some owners did what I expected of them. However, I am not proud to say that the majority of the owners did not do well enough and as a result ALL owners are on a last warning. After some consideration, it was decided that Lootking would not be demoted straight away and will be given one last chance to prove himself.

Regarding the 3ic and 4ic ranks, Lion P will be demoted to 5ic for consistent failure to attend events and be on chat and will be replaced by Snowskitter. Berbatov will replace Fluffy as 3ic and Cheedu will take Berba’s rank. This makes the ranks look like this:

The Legends Cup is soon and I want everyone to be gearing up for it. It is likely that we will face the Doritos in the first round, who can always pull off some decent sizes and then we could face the Army of CP. Due to the poor week we had we have a lower seeding and will have a tougher route – but we can still win.
