The Ice Warriors leadership has decided that as of 27th July, 2014, the majority of our moderators will be demoted to highest member TEMPORARILY. This action has been taken due to the constant failure for moderators to turn up to events on a consistent basis. All moderators will have until Saturday, August 2nd, 2014, to prove that they are active enough to take up a moderator rank.

To keep the chat moderated, the following moderators have been deemed active enough to retain a moderator rank:

Ravenpaw, Guidocars, Madhav, Shad, Skyfish, Brigade, Arceus, Earthing

Those troops will be given the lowest moderator rank until Friday as well. On Friday, the leadership will decide how to structure the new moderator ranks and everyone will be given their rank based on how they do in the next five days. Failure to turn up to events will mean that you will be held at the highest member rank. Please note, the people who have moderator for the next 5 days could yet be demoted to highest member.

Remember, if you think this is unfair, prove to us that we are wrong. Prove to us that you deserve to keep your rank, prove to the Ice Warriors you are deserving of your rank. Are you a good troop? be active in the army, make an effort, recruit. Many people want your rank and you need to step it up to prove that you are better than they are.

I don’t know how I’m going to start coming to events more often if I don’t have that much control of my laptop anymore.
