Hi Ice Warriors, 

Following our victory against the Doritos, we now have our promotions for the month of July and the promotions for people who turned up to the battle against the DCP. You have worked very hard for the promotions this month and I am glad to give people their promotions. After reading this post, if you feel you deserve a promotion and dont have one, please fill the following form:

LEADER [2]

The Leaders oversee the running of the two sub-sections of the army (IWRF and IWTC) and make the big decisions such as wars, demotions, promotions and are the main people to lead events. Normally, there is one UK and one USA leader – but this can change. 

2ND IN COMMAND [2]

Albc (IWTC), Gtudsd (IWRF)

The Second-In-Commands run the two-sub sections of the army (IWRF and IWTC) and assist the leaders when leading events and help to make important decisions. They lead the army when the leaders are away and are trained to take over when they retire. Similarly, there is normally one UK and one USA 2ic. 

3RD IN COMMAND [4]

The 3rd-In-Commands may have an assisting role in the two-sub sections, or lead them with one of the 2ic’s. They help lead events and discuss major decisions within the army. These troops help the running of the army in a crucial way and are trained for future leadership. There are normall two UK and two USA 3ics, but there could be AUSIA 3ics or an uneven split. 

4TH IN COMMAND [5]

The 4th-commands are the newest owners and are being trained to be a great owner. The 4ic’s will not lead as much as the other owners but should be leading occasionally so they are ready to become a 3ic. Most of the time there will be two US 4ics and two UK 4ics. Sometimes there will also be one AUSIA 4ic.
