Addressing the Past Month

Hey Ice Warriors,

Recently I was kind of forced to retire as it may seem but if you have talked to me at all in the past few weeks I’ve said countless times I wanted to retire but the Dec. 2014 thing was forcing me to stay leader. Since I’m gone I will not be coming back in Dec. because all of the past leaders never got back to me about when we were rejoining, and I’m happily retired…. FINALLY! I wish the best of luck to everyone in IW, I don’t know if I will be joining any other armies or even being on chat oftenly. I am very busy right now sooo yeah.

I wasn’t coup’d, I wasn’t forced to retire, I am finally allowed to retire because obviously forcing someone to not retire makes that person do a crappy job as leader. I love everyone in this army (mostly everyone *wary*) and I don’t hate Icey for not allowing me to retire, and for kind of making it look like a coup when it wasn’t. Trust me I am very happy to be retired.

I might do a retirement post sometime in the week, but not right now.

While the leaders are away, the retirees will play

Due to the inactivity of Tes and the cancellation of almost all events this week, it has come to my attention that it is time for IW to move on. After several people have begged me for the past month, I am finally listening. It is time for IW to have a new leadership. Tes, this isn’t against you, but the army hasn’t had any new posts and barely any events in the past week. If you are too busy to lead then just tell us. When you have the time you can return and either help Albc and Gtu lead, or make a formal retirement if you wish. But as of now it seems to us that you are too busy with real life, and that is absolutely fine.

Although I honestly don’t have the time to lead, I’ll be temporarily aiding the new leadership to structure out the army until Bears returns in December. By then he will take over with the new leaders and help strive us to victory. I hereby announce the two second in commands of the Ice Warriors, Albcoolio and Gtudsd, to step forth as the new Leaders of the Ice Warriors. Together they will repair this army and bring it back on its feet.

I know this post was very short, but I did not have a lot of time to make it, and it’s quite obvious that IW needs to be fixed ASAP.

As of now I will wait to talk to Gtudsd and Albcoolio to settle out the owner ranks. If I’m running this army, then I will have all inactive/lazy owners to be demodded by next week. I understand that our lives can be busy, but if you’re going to be inactive, then you have to tell us ahead of time.

But above all, I look forward helping you guys out once again in the days to come XD.

Unscheduled Hide and Go Seek

Greetings Ice Warriors,

Today we had a huge number of people chat on for such an early time and decided we should have some fun. We logged onto Club Penguin and hung out at the Ice Berg on Sub Zero. We did a few tactics together as an army and then we played Hide and Go Seek! Tes7 did really good and found everyone after thirty minutes. We maxed 20.

Week Recap [11/2/14 – 11/8/14]

This week we had an okay week with the retirement of Kingfunks4 and the week-long absence of our now only leader Tes7. Throughout the week we had a couple events as most of our owners were unfortunately extremely busy but we performed fairly well in them. Decent week this week, we can definitely improve.

Now I am quite sick of someone who somehow got Moderator on chat And he has been constantly Cursing and insulting me,

He somehow says I ruin fun by enforcing rules. This persons name is scream.

He has also been Abusing peachpincher and Rocky.

Apparently adding someone is personal info.

as you can see I had to go to acp chat to get peach,I waited about 5 mins until she came back from afk.

Now I also have 2 Questions, Who modded him and why, He isn’t mod Rank and he isn’t a Retired owner, and I’m damn sure he isn’t a cpac legend. So tell me why did he get mod as easy as Clicking your fingers. It is increadibly disrespectful to those who had to earn their rank.Why does he get special treatment from us?

Finally, the first time he came onto Our chat he was cyber bullying,cursing and spamming, and when I say cyberbullying I mean it. He was making fun of Guidocars name by spamming insults at it, after this i ended up banning him for 24 hours because I was sick of it and i tought he was just a troll.

I was thinking of either de-modding him forever or bannishing him, but I don’t want to make any decisions without knowing what you guys think about this, he is clearly breaking rules and he doesn’t deserve to be mod.

If you could all just leave an opinion, anonymous or not, you don’t have to reply to this but it would be great if you could.

Training Session Results

Hey Ice Warriors,

Today we logged on our capital Sub Zero. As we logged on, we learned that we were somehow being “invaded” by some new army lol. They obviously failed as we encountered and battled them.

It was an average event as we averaged 15 maxed 20. Tactics were somewhat decent, and they can be worked on.
