On April 3 2009, the first annual (although it is not annual anymore) Penguin Play Awards winners were announced. There was also a new clothing catalogue and more snow sculptures were added to the island for the Snow Sculpture Showcase. In 2014, there was a new clothing catalog, a new pin, Battle of the Ancient Shadows returned to the stage, Rockhopper was closer in the telescope, the postcards were updated, there was a new login and logoff screen, and a new magazine issue was released in the UK. Today, we logged on to defend our server, Mountain. We maxed 14 and averaged 10 . After 15 mins DCP decided to call camelogical to raid the event with bots causing several DCP and IW to lag out. Grab your pitchforks, Polo Field has announced the Frozen Fever Party on the Club Penguin Blog and if you visit clubpenguin.com on a mobile device such as a phone or tablet; you will see that at the top of the page there is a mention of Frozen. The text says “experience the magic of Disney’s Frozen in Club Penguin April 23 – May 20.” That’s quite a long time period, assuming it’s not a typo… Although I’m not sure how they would make a typo like that.
