The Ice Warriors are one of the largest, strongest, and most experienced armies in all of Club Penguin. The Ice Warriors of Club Penguin was created in June 2007. The Ice Warriors army stand tall and protect Club Penguin from its invaders. Like all other armies we have a nation, a government, and of course a chat! Iceyfeet Edit: All troops have until Wednesday, October 20 to comment on this post to pick out their division and/or if they want to teach at the IWTC. Also, Command Offiers are now allowed to be teachers at IWTC. You may sign up on this post asking to be a teacher and what skills you have.
Also, everyone has until Wednesday, October 20 to comment on the medals page saying that they went to the war on Saturday and/or Sunday.
Today was a good battle. Not exactly the no rules battle I wanted, but whatever. You have 3 days to comment on the Medals page to get 5 medals.
Mainly I have a lot to go over in this post, so try to follow along, as many things may seem unclear to some people.
School Schedule
We havent been doing any weekday/weekend events due to the many wars that have been occuring. Starting Sunday, October 17, we will begin the first official day of our school schedule. In 1 week there are a total of 5 different events you can attend. You must attend 3/5 or you will be demoted. Each event can last from 10 minutes – 40 minutes. If you attend a school schedule event, you MUST comment on the Medals page saying you attend. Once the week is over, you will have until Saturday night to comment on the Medals page, or else you will not earn any medals.
Chat
NOBODY is allowed to swear on the chat. I have not given anyone, nor will I ever give anyone permission to swear on the chat. Due to so many people, there will be a “new” rule, which is mostly just an add on to the swearing rule.
No Swearing – 1. Ban then unban 2. Ban for 5 hours 3. Ban for 24 hours
This next NEW rule will be for all mods.
No Abusing on New Recruits – New recruits are able to spam once or twice, after that you MUST give them a warning. If they dont listen, you can kick them a few times, then resolve it to a ban.
This next rule is an add on to spam.
No Spamming – You are able to use up to 6 smilies in 1 sentence. If you do smilies in different messages over and over again, then you will be kicked a few times, then resolved to a ban.
These next 2 rules are the 2 most strict rules for mods/owners.
No Abusing – 1. Warning 2. Unmodded/Unownered for 1 day 3. Unmodded/Unownered for 1 week
Membering New Recruits – If there are about 5-10+ mods on and nobody decides to member people, then there will be some punishments. I understand that people go afk/have stuff to do, but if theres over 5 people on then someone should member the person within less than 1 minute. UNLESS THEY ARE ENEMY TROOPS!

1. Divisions:
All troops must comment on this post to decide which division they will be in. Eather the Blizzard Division or the Polar Division. THe Divisions page will be revamped (updated) next week with all of the new people. We will also be making a division sign up add on to the Divisions page.
2. Training Camp:
ALL troops will be going to IW training camp. There will be 2 seperate camps. 1 for member ranks, and 1 for mod ranks. LT Gen+ troops will be able to teach members, while 3ic+ will be able to teach mods.

We will start to clean up the Government Pages with up to date info.

The incompetence of certain owners and certain mods have gone too far. We are losing troops everyday on chat because of you certain people. Its tiring, and by most its killing the army. No Names Will be Mentioned, This is a Strict Warning.

Were having a battle with ACP next week, 1 on 1. Its a battle. No rules, no nothing. CPAC can decide the winner. This will be the battle to decide who’s the bigger army. The normal rules aply, no Bots or hacking. The battle will be as long as needed.

Rules for Down Under Invasion/Defense (From ACP site)
Claiming Rooms? No. I loved Artics idea on the 3 Rooms idea, but let’s expand it a bit. The Underground area of this Battle is the Boiler Room, Pool, Mine, Cave Mine, Hidden Lake. They’re all Underground and should be included. The Bases idea was a cool idea but could be tweaked a bit. I think instead of Bases (well I’ll use them in someway) we use Rooms like this; ACP starts in Boiler Room and IW start in Hidden Lake. Of course you may charge when the Battle starts and we will use the 5 room claimed rule. If you win 3/5 rooms than you win, no complaining. To claim victory in a room you must wait 5 minutes while doing Tactics in that room. If the other Army is there you cannot claim victory of it until they retreat. Got it?
When are we allowed on? I find being on early cruical. So, let’s allow it! It’s very nice to see a great Battle between two Major Armies.
How long is the Battle? It can only be 1 Hour since we have a Battle right after it on Klondike .
Regular Rules? No Allies (of course), No Bots, No Spying, No Joke Bombs, No Flame (I promise!)

Wow, this is just sad. I thought Mchappy was telling the truth when we agreed to stop having a flame war.
1st, you can’t claim you own an emote or tactic. ACP are the ones who use NW’s moon bomb. Theres only a limited number of emotes, you can’t claim them all. You seem to ignore the fact that we never left the mine,we split up, and not all of IW left the mine. Anyways, ACP followed the people who went to claim the boiler room, how could you claim the mine when you were in the boiler room fighting the other half?
Also, Mchappy your clock must be pretty wrong, because I had mine set to the exact PST time so we would’nt make that mistake.
Why won’t you face it, you lost. You never captured the mine, which we would have left if you had’nt taken the pool before the battle. And editing out half of a picture that appears to be Icey saying we lost, thats just sad. It was probably Icey replying to something someone else was saying.

Today, was a proud day. We beat the ACP.
Here’s how the battle went down
10 minutes before the battle starts ACP charges the pool.
ACP then charges the mine, IW fights back.
Some IW go to the boiler room to try to take it, and come back a few minutes later
An hour in, ACP thinks they win, and Icey gets confused and logs off.
We continue to fight ACP stragglers in the mine until som more ACP show up, and in the end IW was larger.

Reasons we won:
ACP broke several rules, which I was disappointed in. 30 minutes before the battle ACP went to te pool not knowing it was against the rues until the battle started. I old them, and they went back to th boiler room. 10 minutes before the battle they went in again, not allowing IW a chance to get in when the battle started.
After an hour they thought the battle was over, even though I clearly stated it was a 2 hour battle. They went to the nightclub to celebrate their “victory”, breaking another rule by leaving the 3 room area.
Throughout the second half they also used alot of fart bombs, but that wasn’t really a big rule.
And also, throughout the second half we destroyed them continuously till the real end.
Edit 1 : Any owners that are online are to recruit everyone to Christmas and recruit as much as possible, if you need a break then take it.
Well guys, the big battle is closer then ever before, so were gonna be preparing with some random recruitings all weekend! Yay, that sounds so exciting! (not). The times are posted below and since this is random, there are none! So, the following times are gonna be basic times for recruiting every day till the battle which is only Saturday and Part of Sunday.

Final Battle of World War 5
Alright, todays performance sort of Sucked, almost no one showed up. It doesn’t matter though, we already took Sub Zero last time. We own Sub Zero. Now anyways, this war needs to end, I would consider it a world war by now, its been on since August. Anyways, we will end his war now with one final battle. This will not be an invasion, as the rules for an invasion are to awkward for large armies to be fighting each other, as both armies would probably agree. First off here’s the battle info, please try to come. I have posted it to be in 2 weeks so we can prepare.

As you can tell, this battle will be a little different, more reminiscent to the final battle of WW3, but there’s a reason. This battle will be for all IW servers ACP owns or claims to own.
Rules:
1. This battle will take place in the Mine, Pool, and Boiler Room. IW will start in the mine, ACP will start in the Boiler Room, and the pool will start off as neutral ground. When a CPAC judge says its 12 PST, both armies will rush into the pool and fight. An army can fall back into their base room also. This is set up so if people are locked out, or an army has a bad start, they can fall back to their base, where a lot of the enemy will be locked out instead. The battle will last 2 hours, or end when an army has clearly lost their base.
2. No maps/ coming into the enemy base from behind. This is a 3 room battle.
3. No allies or bots.
4. Please refrain from using Fart bombs. We don’t want to lag out soldiers/ CPAC camera man (CPAC needs on of these ) ACP you have your clover bombs anyways.
5. Please try not to log on until an hour before the battle. Seriously, logging on 5 hours early for this extra long battle just to assure a lead is stupid. Also, whatever recruiting you can do should be in your base.
6. Don’t do anything stupid and try to make this a fun World War.
Training (IW only)
After todays disappointment we will be having training sessions every Wednesday and Friday, and Recruiting every Saturday and Monday. Recruiting will be on Mammoth and double as a raid to train the new recruits with.
All of these events will be at 7 EST
Some tips about fighting ACP:

Tactics:
ACP usually use clover bombs and fart bombs (which they hopefully won’t this battle), along with some other tactics. To avoid any ACP Charges, use Puffle Emotes as a shield. They also like to make a Circle a lot, so when this happens overwhelm the weakest side, and get out of the center. We may use the Phalanx Tactic a lot in this battle, remember its just a filled in square. If you can’t fit in the phalanx, gather near it.
Size:
ACP usually has a large size, so be ready to get locked out of the room a lot. Don’t complain about it, and try to recruit people in an adjacent room.

Mammoth Raids
In an effort to boost activity and gain recruits, plus to have some fun, we will be on Mammoth A lot this week. Our new ally, the Wizards, will be helping. Don’t take this the wrong way ACP, were just trying to get more active, and are trying to get some of the golden ages back. Now, here are some problems. People are complaining about how Mammoth is full. Now this may sound harsh, but suck it up. It’s always been that way, always will. Mammoth is a different server then most, so no we can’t change location just for you. Remember, keep trying. People log off eventually. Also, try to get on right after school, it’s usually empty then.
Relations With ACP

Recently, many IW troops have been reporting that they have been abused on ACP chat for being in the Ice Warriors. Recently all high ranks in IW were guested and kicked off of ACP chat for being “enemy troops”. If we are “enemies” then should we have a war? I have a few pictures of what the mods do on ACP chat to us.
This next poll will partly decide what we will do about ACP.
I know people are gonna think, “why are you mad about getting abused on ACP chat?'”. That’s an easy question to answer. Why can’t we go on our “allies” chat? Why are we the only army being treated unfairly?

Activeness on chat
Now here’s the big problem. Chat is crammed full of people, yet when an owner says to go on CP, only a few people do. Everyone just goes on with their conversations, ignoring every order. Starting now, I would like to implement a new law.
If an owner orders everyone to log on to Club Penguin, everyone who’s not idle must log on. Those who continue conversation and are not online will be kicked, and then possibly banned for an hour after multiple warnings. Those who cannot get on with reasonable proof (if its 5 bars for another non-member, that’s no excuse) should assist on a server the owner says.
If we improve this, we could very well become a much larger army. Just Remember to be active.
