Few Words To Be Said…

Hello Ice Warriors,

I do not usually make these type of posts… well I do not make these type of posts at all but I feel that there are things to be said. First, our site could have potentially been defaced recently but thankfully only 1 page and a few posts were removed thanks to Albert417 for notifying me about this crime. On Sunday I posted my “Temp-Leave” post which pretty much says I will be on temp leave for some time and I thought you should all know. You may not see my Temp-Leave post anywhere because as I said, posts were deleted. Although I’ve been demoted to 2ic temporarily along with my partner Gtudsd… you all should know that we are still here and the rules are still the same and the way we progress are still remaining the same. You all may seemed confused about the situations that have occurred for the past week and I completely understand but either way we shall remain strong because We are strong and We are the best. If you want the army to keep its glory AND HAVE FUN then we will have to work together and communicate with each other!

YOU are what makes up the Ice Warriors of Club Penguin… you are the Ice Warriors. 

For the past few days, I could say we have been slacking off. Not so long ago, about 2-3 weeks ago we were getting over 40 troops at our events and a MINIMUM of 35! Not only that, we have been at world power for 3 weeks in a row! We haven’t been this big in a long time but guess what… we did it and it should stay this way. Starting next week we will switch from a horrible to state to a glorious state. So far this week we have only had ONE event which we maxed 11 and the week is about to end! Due to this- starting next week, I will be returning from my temp leave to lead the US division and assist the UK division back to it’s great heights. We are the best army in this community and we will always be because that is just how things work. I am going to need YOU- the ones who make up the Ice Warriors to continue your job here in the Ice Warriors. Your leaders, Iceyfeet1234 and Albert417 and the rest of the owners are going to do the best we can like what we have always done to remain strong and to remain the best. Although, I am demoted to second in command, I will continue to devote my loyalty to the Ice warriors and the Ice Warriors only and I will also continue giving an example to all the amazing troops in the army who work extremely hard everyday.

[USA] Training Session 1/21/15 Results

So we had our first event of the week and we didn’t do too badly today. We had a slow start but we gained momentum which was good. We averaged 11 IW and maxed 15. Thanks to all who attended. Pictures have been posted below.

Taking Charge – The demotion of the Ice Warriors Leaders – New leadership, new owners, new mods

IT’S TIME FOR A CHANGE

Greetings Ice Warriors

Today marks a historic day in IW history. After speaking to the IW leaders regarding the current issues with the IW army, we have come to the conclusion that things need to change. Throughout the past month there have been hidden coup attempts on the current leadership several reasons. Although all “coup plans” failed before they were even carried out, the fact that they were even a thought is a big no no in this army. Over time armies have changed and evolved into what they are today…. and although we can’t go back in time into the glory days of armies, we can still push forward and create the new glory days and make history once again.

With that being said, the other IW leaders and I have come to this conclusion:

  • Over the next month, Albc and Gtudsd, the 2 current IW leaders, will be demoted to 2ic to replace the three 2ic’s who are on leave. I will lead IW along with Albert417, who will be co-leading. Albc and Gtudsd have both agreed that there are problems within the army and a change is needed.
  • Inactive owners and mods that have not stated a reason for their inactivity will be demoted. Owners/mods that stated that they will be inactive for a long period of time will be temporarily replaced until they return to the army, which they will receive their old rank upon their return.
  • Due to the number of open mod spots, we will be hiring mods from within and outside of the army. I will be accepting additional mod ranks in order to prepare for my upcoming plan to boost us to 1st place within the upcoming weeks.
  • We will actually have fun events that aren’t a boring cycle of training/recruiting sessions.

It’s time for a change, and in order for change to happen you need the right person to lead the way.

I look forward to leading this great army for the first time in almost 3 years!
