What’s new, everyone? As you all should know by now, Bearsboy10 is retiring after leading this phenomenon for four months and eighteen days. Although that seems like a small feat compared to Albert417 and Iceyfeet1234, we should be grateful for Bearsboy keeping the Ice Warriors afloat for all this time. This is not the time to waver, or show despair, instead we must pull full force ahead with only hope in our hearts.
The idea of this post is to inspire you all to continue working hard. We, as a world power, are blessed with our weekly performances. However, we can not only depend on this. Especially with the transition of leaders must we unite and work harder than before. Benjamin1878 and Tes7 (soon-to-be leaders) cannot do this by themselves.
Super High School Level Recruiter
Now that all armies seem to have transitioned back to Club Penguin, CP chats are wide open for us; let’s take advantage of that! Recruiting on a five bar server like Abominable and Big Foot are still good ways to recruit. For chat recruiting I recommend many famous bloggers’ places [just click on names]: Lei, PenguinUnitedV2, and >>> Riffy888 <<<. Riffy’s is obviously the most popular.
Go under a xat default name like “GoobleBump” and private chat MEMBERS ONLY (preferably people who are not registered to xat), asking them if they’d like to join an “elite penguin group that protects CP“! If they say yes, link them to our chat, if no, leave them alone.
Bearsboy10 Archive
I’ve never done this before, but I went through archives to see how well Bearsboy’s leadership went. Overall, it was a very stable leadership keeping IW in the top half of the top ten weekly. I attempted to average out his overall points, so let’s see how this goes. Note that all of these are averages, and these numbers given by Club Penguin Army Central.
September’s average was pretty good, considering Albert had just retired and getting use to a new leader, ergo our rank being 5th with 69.00 points. Unfortunately October was a pretty nasty month – for all armies – and with the October Tournament, there was no room for recruiting: averaged 7.75th place with 55.685 points. November was better rank wise, 4.75th place and 67.2825 points. December was without a doubt our best month: 4.4th with 73.524 in the month. Although January wasn’t over, I took the first two weeks and got 6.5th with 77.88.
Now, let’s average out these numbers to see Bearsboy’s full score: overall rank of 5.68/10 and 68.6743/100. Those are some solid results. Throughout his leadership, this icy army has consistently had twenty soldiers show up to almost every event.
Leave some nice comments for Bearsboy to read!
