Hey Ice Warriors!

Today we had a UK U-Lead session for us to practice doing and leading tactics. Size and tactics were both ok, and even though we had bot raids towards the end of the event we still did well! We maxed 24-25 at this event. More pictures will be added!

This is it. The finals. We have beaten the Matriz, Water Vikings and the Golds just to make it to this stage. We have come to far to mess up now. I know I have been saying this a lot but I truly mean it this time, THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT BATTLE OF THIS YEAR. There will be promotions and free memberships if we max 50+ on CP. I believe that we can win but all we need is YOUR effort. Just make sure you are on the IW chat 1 hour before the battle. All mods and owners are expected to recruit before the battle. On Sunday, we will march on the server Klondike and show everyone who the best army is! Doritos, you’re in for a treat.

Me:- So, Snowy you were Ice Warriors 4ic How was your experience in Ice warriors

Snowy:-pretty good, i was active troop and i tried coming to events in start

Me:-you were happy in Ice Warriors so why you retired?

Snowy :-i had enough after being demoted several times for not recruiting and becoming less active,plus i need to focus on my life.

Me:- so you gonna return to ice warriors some day or you just wanted
to be retired?

Snowy :- i can’t make any promises that i would come back or not. but atm Im retired,im mostly want to stay retired.

Light troops are very evil. They forced one of our former soldiers to say that we multi logged and used bots (which we don’t). They threatened to boot him offline , so he did because he was scared of the evil Light Troops doing bad things to him. Also, yesterday they booted several of our owners offline. Light troops are horrible people, we are coming for you next LT!

Greetings, Ice Warriors!

Today, I’ll be announcing the “Domination Week” of Ice Warriors. In this week, we will work hard and recruit a lot. Recruiting a lot does not mean that if you used to recruit for like an hour everyday, so you’ll just increase that a bit and make it 2-3 hours per day. Recruiting a lot here means that all the high ranked troops, especially owners have to recruit whenever possible. I’ll discuss all this further below in the post.

I heard that Ice Warriors haven’t been first for a long time, so we will be regaining our position and be the best army once again. I have full faith in our army and I know it very well that we WILL try our level hard and rise in the top ten. I can see the hunger in the troops as well as the owners to get the top spot after doing so good in the previous week. So, why don’t we accomplish it guys? Let’s make this week the DOMINATION week of Ice Warriors. Therefore, there will be some requirements for moderators and owners which are extremely mandatory for them. Fulfilling these requirements and being successful in this week may earn them a promotion. Not doing so might not be a very good idea for them as well. So, I want all of you to make up your mind that WE NEED TO RISE TO HIGHER STANDARDS THIS WEEK NO MATTER HOW HARD IT WOULD BE FOR US. Trust me guys, if we do this, we can surely earn that first position after ages

Requirements for Moderators –

1. Autotyping whenever you are free.
2. Attending all the UK and US events. (AUSIA also, if you can, since holidays are going on and you just need to wake up a bit early in the morning)
3. If any new recruit comes to chat, it is your duty to welcome them to Ice Warriors and give them the link of joining page. Not doing so may get you a fresh demotion.
4. Do fill in the IWRF spreadsheet, or else your autotyping sessions won’t be counted. PC me or Gar if you don’t have the link.

Requirements for Owners – 

1. Autotyping before the event and also after the event. Sleep Recruit is compulsory, every night.
2. Attending all the UK, US and AUSIA events. Holidays are going on guys. I hope you all can do it.
3. Find new CP chats and get recruits from there. PC me if you need some.
4. You need to be active on chat, and not AFK. Unless you are autotyping.
5. Do fill in the IWRF spreadsheet, or else your autotyping sessions won’t be counted. PC me or Gar if you don’t have the link.
