Ice Warriors of CP

First off, everyone did a great job in the first round of the tournament! We had 33+ on the chat and 30+ on CP throughout the entire battle! Tacos did a great job aswel, but they didnt have enough strength to be the Ice Warriors! XD. This post will be updated later with pictures with descriptions!

IWTC- All troops under the rank of Colonel will have to go to the Ice Warriors Training Camp. I will talk to Sofia and Skater to restart the training camp to make sure it stays open and is more organized. There will be 4 classes in IWTC. These classes are: Drill Class, History Class, Newcomers Class, and Tactic Class. There will be 1 head teacher and 2-3 teachers per class. All head teachers MUST be over the rank over Lieutenant General and all teachers must be over the rank of Brigadier General.

There has been a March Madness tournament shedualed for the most of March and half of April! Even though we are really 2nd largest army, some people think we are 3rd. This is why I expect everyone to come on the chat everyday as much as they can and to come to this battle!

Update on Demotion week: A total of 40 troops have been demoted in total. Demotion week is every week until April, and if more troops become inactive, we will continue with demotions. If you have to go to places or are busy with homwork/personal issues, you can tell me. A lot of people have already told me about why they cant come to the chat much, and those people will NOT be demoted.

Hi guys! Guess what? Im going to a compition next Monday. Its math 24 compition. The person who wins at the last round of the district compition wins a trophy and a medal and a math 24 t-shirt! So im the only 4th grader representing my elementary school! so wish me luck! P.s. its during school so i dont have to go home late O_O

Iceyfeet Edit: NOTE: European troops will NOT get demoted due to the fact it was past 1:00AM for their time. I do expect them to still be active.

Recently, WW had told us that the war was called off. So, due to the fact that there was no war, I got off. Then they struck. Funny how they need to lie to us in order to “win”. Unfortunetly, it looks like I was one of the only people to hear of the war cancling. Due to so many people not attending even though they knew they were supposed to, there will be 5 mods demoted. About 15-20 people over the rank of Warrant Officer will also be demoted.

It has come to the point where we have to come down to the messures where I have to be strict. Owners, come to more battles. Mods, have recruiting sessions when theres 15+ people on the chat. If they dont listen, right their names down and ill be happy to add them to the possible demotion list.

This next recruiting session is for all troops to come. If we do not reach 30+ troops, there will be no April promotion day. This is not our choice, it’s yours. I will not tolerate lazyness in some troops and participation in others when everyone gets promoted. Sorry for the troops that actualy help out, I can promise you a promotion in the near future. INVASION THAT WAS AT 1:00PM EST HAS BEEN POSTPONED TO 2:00PM EST!

Throughout this week there will be some major demotions. Some people have been inactive, and I recently heard 4 people will be on vacation, so I will alow there absence. If you ever need to take a break or vacation for whatever reason, you must tell an owner so you do NOT get demoted.

Now onto the rest of the post. During the successful invasion of WW, I watched as some lower ranks (3ic/4ic) lead the battle. Unfortunetly, some people didnt follow orders, but most people did as they were told.

To begin demotion week, I will be demoting people who have not followed orders, refused to come on the chat, and decided to ignore higher ranked orders. There are many simple ways NOT to get demoted, like coming to the chat and recruiting people, and by atending events.

Also, there will be some updating to the chat rules. Starting Tuesday, March 16, any sex talk or swearing will result in a 6 hour ban. If mods do not do their job, they will be demodding for 1 week.

Now onto a secret side to this post… sorta. Now that the WW nation is under our occupation, we will be moving onto GW. The biggest OA army with troops and the biggest nation. The weekday invasions havnt been going so good, so we decided to invade GW on the weekend. Here are the invasions for this weekend!
