If you wish to declare a war on us, once you have been allowed to re-enter the map, we are happy to meet you on the battlefields.

Three long months have passed, and sadly there has still been no declaration despite your re-entry to the CPAN map. You have chosen to disrespect us, and we promised to meet you on the battlefields, thus we’ll make it easier for you…

The Ice Warriors hereby officially declare war on the Templars.

War terms are as follows:

1. With this declaration, all server transfers are frozen. Neither army shall send or receive servers from any armies until the war is concluded by either treaty or submission.
2. This war is a war between Ice Warriors and the Templars of CP, meaning no allies nor third party armies are allowed to intervene.
3. Colonies of either army (and colonies of any other armies either allies, neutrals, enemies) are not allowed in this war, meaning colonies of any army cannot either invade or declare war on IW and TCP until the war is over or a treaty is reached
4. No dual enlistment assistance (from any army either allied, neutral or even enemies)
5. CPAN Invasion rules apply, and CPAN Judges must be requested for all invasions.
6. All invasions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance, with the planner of said invasions notifying the defending army’s leaders in the invasion-schedule channel in CPAN. Failure to do this will render the invasion invalid.
7. Invasions once scheduled may not be rescheduled by either side.
8. All battles must take place on CP Rewritten.
9. No invasions can be scheduled for Christmas Eve (Dec. 24th) nor Christmas Day (Dec. 25th) – EST times
10. No Doxxing, DDoSing, harassment, multilogging, botting or any other form of cheating. Any evidence of suggested multilogging, botting or dual enlistment/use of allies/an alliance/colonies/armies merged after this declaration will result in an instant defeat of the aggressor in the battles where said evidence would be found.
11. No army can merge into or be colonized by Ice Warriors nor Templars or its allies/colonies after this declaration until the war is concluded. Any merges will be deemed invalid.
12. No side is allowed to drop their servers as free land during the course of the war, doing so will result in unconditional defeat (for the side which dropped servers) and those servers will go to the opposing side.
13. The losing army must accept the terms of a force treaty by the winning side.
14. Any loopholes found in this treaty abused by either army in their favor (facilitating use of allies, multilogs, any external help or the transfer of servers owned by TCP and their colonies (to or from) any other armies) will cause in the unconditional surrender of the aggressor thus losing the entire war.
15. No changes will be permitted to the war terms by either side, any violation of the above terms will result in defeat.
